This is a 2 channel, 5 mode pre-amplifier (booster) for driving your amplifiers into overdrive or saturation. The two channels on the pre-amplifier are labeled Vintage and Modern. The Vintage side is inspired by rare germanium boosts like the Dallas Rangemaster.

Der MINI KATANA CLEAN BOOST, Keeleys ältestes Design in kleinerer Hülle + einem Zusätzlichen Feature. Ursprünglich als Teil des Time Machine Boost erdacht, ist es ein dualer Class A JFET Booster, der Gitarristen so gut gefiel, dass er einfach immer an war. 
Der neue KATANA MINI bietet wie sein großer Bruder über 35dB Boost und zusätzlich 3 set-and-forget Sounds, die über interne DIP Schalter unter der Bodenplatte schaltbar sind.
Hier gibt es zusätzlich zum althergebrachten Sound des Katana Boost plus Hi-Gain für Overdriven Sound und Hi-Cut für wärmeren softeren Sound für Stat und Tele.
Beide Schalter auf ON? Dann hast du einen dicken, cremigen Tube Amp-Sound mit einer Menge an Volumereserven.

MINI KATANA CLEAN BOOST!  Keeley’s oldest design made smaller and with an additional feature.  The Katana started back in 2002 within the Time Machine Boost.  It was a dual class A JFET design that gave players and incredible boost and sounded so good they never turned off.  In fact they often ran two or three on stages like John Mayer!  The Mini Katana boost provides over 35dB of boost.  Enough for the most demanding players and sound reinforcement.The new Mini Katana is now a 4 Mode Booster!  With the dual micro switches you have a total of four sounds possible.  Need drive, just flip the micro Hi-Gain Switch inside and you’ve got overdriven tone!  Flip the Hi-Cut Switch (NEW for the Katana Mini!) on the inside and you have a warmer tone to soften any Strat or Tele.  Flip both switches and you have the ultimate sounding boost, thick, creamy, tube-amp sounding, and plenty of volume on tap!
