When we released our original Compressor back in 2011, it quickly became a favourite among guitar and bass players alike who were searching for something more than the typical oversimplified controls found on most compressor pedals. Although our original Compressor sounded great on bass (and still does!) we set out to do even better. 

On top of the full range of features and controls normally only seen in high end studio equipment, such as input and gain reduction metering, independent attack and release controls, a mix knob for parallel compression, and an external sidechain insert, we’ve now added a fully variable sidechain high pass filter, and a two position ‘tone + colour’ circuit which adds gentle tone sculpting and harmonic distortion, giving your bass some delicious character.

Pedalboard with MIDI capabilities, real analog tube preamp option, maximum flexibility in terms of preset programming and fx-loop arrangement (check the signal flow, it´s genius if I may say so), no tap dancing, no sound compromise. Studio and tour ready. It even has easy option for wired or wireless connection.

Ready to admit a second guitar (could be an acoustic), and can be used with real guitar amp or FRFR, or Power Amp (such as Seymour Duncan Power Stage) + CAB, or direct to mixing board/DAW, or in-ear monitor system (I use it like that), or combinations since the main output is managed by Ampero Stomp II that has 2 TRS balanced outputs, that can be a stereo pair or two monos. I used AS2 for keeping it compact and relatively affordable, so giging-musician friendly, but you can use the same idea with whatever Multi-FX you like.

Die RockBoard® MODs bieten einen zentralen Zugangspunkt vom Instrument zum Verstärker sowie eine praktische und einfache Stromversorgung des Boards über einen IEC- und einen 2,1 x 5,5 Barrel-Through-Stromanschluss. Das RockBoard® MOD 2 V2 wurde als Patchbay speziell für MIDI-basierte Setups, Verstärker und Geräte sowie eine USB-Verbindung zwischen Pedalboard und Computer oder Soundkarte entwickelt. Mit vier TRS-Through-Verbindungen lässt sich das MOD 2 V2 perfekt in True Stereo Setups von Keyboards oder Synthesizern integrieren oder als zentraler Zugang und Ausgang des Boards nutzen. Alternativ lassen sich Effektpedale im Front End und im Effekt-Loop des Verstärkers postieren (4-Kabel Methode).

The improved RockBoard® MODs V2 are simple all-in-one patchbays for RockBoard pedalboards with a new, refreshed design, and compact housing. Utilizing the MOD slot on all new RockBoards® (except the DUO series), they provide various cable connections to fit a wide variety of needs as a convenient patchbay. With the RockBoard® MODs, you can permanently connect your pedals underneath your board and organize all connections to and from your effects setup in one convenient module. The RockBoard® MODs provide a central access point from your instrument to your amp, as well as your power supply via IEC, and a 2.1 x 5.5 barrel thru power connector. The RockBoard® MOD 2 V2 is a pass-thru box especially designed for MIDI-controlled amplifiers and devices, USB connections to a computer, or a sound card. The 4x TRS thru connections will also work great for true stereo setups with keyboards or synthesizers. It can also be used to run several pedals from your board through the effects loop of your amp, or as a central access point to your pedalboard via its 4x TRS thru connections.
