The Double Down Pedal’s single input jack splits your signal to two separate outputs, each with its own Gain control for up to +26dB of signal-boosting power. On the left side of the housing is a Phase switch that adds a pronounced stereophonic effect by inverting the phase of the second output signal. On the right side of the pedal is a Buffer switch so that you can choose between true bypass—for the purists—and buffered bypass switching to keep your sound intact when driving two signal chains.

Es widmet sich der Erzeugung von Rückkopplungen, die zwar zum Repertoire jedes gepflegten (Rock-) Gitarristen gehören, aber üblicherweise nur mit entsprechender Lautstärke und der Interaktion zwischen Amp, Box und Gitarre möglich sind. Mit dem E-Bow, der seit Mitte der 70er Jahre erhältlich ist, gibt es bereits ein Werkzeug, das die Saiten per Magnetfeld beliebig lang in Schwingung versetzt, indem es über die gewünschte Saite gehalten wird. Oder den Sustainer von Fernandes, ein Pickup, der ebenfalls die Saiten zum Schwingen bringt, wenn er per Schalter dazu aufgefordert wird. Und natürlich muss beim Umbau der Gitarre einer der vorhandenen Tonabnehmer dem Sustainer weichen.

The Triplegraph is a digital octave pedal designed by CopperSound Pedals and Jack White, featuring three proprietary telegraph keys and an integrated auxiliary loop. Utilizing a high-power DSP Blackfin Processor, Triplegraph triggers an octave down with the left key, octave up with the right key, while the middle key activates a killswitch or auxiliary loop. In KILL mode, the middle key acts as a momentary killswitch, allowing the player to remove their dry signal and attain a fully wet octave up and/or down when used in conjunction with the octave keys. Der legendäre analoge DOD Overdrive Preamp 250 ist zurück, der auf eine über 40 jährige Geschichte zurückblicken kann. Mit an Bord sind True-Bypass, eine klare, blaue Status-LED, ordentlich Output und ein zeitgemäßer 9V-Eingang für den Betrieb mit Netzteilen. Mit dem leichteren Aluminiumgehäuse, der gelben Metal-Flake-Lackierung und der mattschwarz lackierten Unterseite ist der 2013er DOD Overdrive Preamp 250 die ideale Grundlage das Vermächtnis von DOD weiterzuführen.

Der DOD Overdrive Preamp 250 (2013) bietet, wie seine Vorgänger, einen Gain- und Level-Regler. Mit Gain wird der Verzerrungsgrad bestimmt. Dieser reicht von leicht angezerrt bis kräftig verzerrt. Mit dem Level-Regler kann dem Klang mehr Substanz hinzugefügt werden, sodass das Pedal auch durchgängig angeschalten bleiben kann - oder weiter aufgedreht einen kräftigen Boost liefert, mit dem sich Soli selbst im dichtesten Soundmix durchsetzen. Die True-Bypass-Schaltung sorgt dafür, dass der Gitarrensound auch bei ausgeschaltetem Pedal klar bleibt. Dies ist ein großer Unterschied vom Original, welches den Klang des Instruments auch im ausgeschalteten Zustand färbte. Dank dem 9V-Eingang ist das Pedal nun auch noch Pedalboard-freundlicher.

The classic returns, first conceived by David Oreste Defrancesco (DOD’s namesake) in the ’70’s as a way to get distortion and boost without any of the downsides that came with some of the fuzzes of the era. This updated version uses the vintage correct LM741 OpAmp, just like back in the ’70’s. The Buffered Splitter is one of the most useful pedals. Use it at the beginning of your chain as a regular buffer and use just one output (Which still sounds fantastic), throw it in the middle of your chain to go stereo without killing your high end, or even throw it at the end of your pedalboard to run dual mono without having to run an extra cable for every effect.
