The Watt is the result, a compact box providing a tube preamp, adjustable frequency high-pass filter (HPF), and compressor, with both a 1/4″ and XLR output, both of which are bypassable for flexible signal routing.

Anlässlich 40 Jahren BOSS Pedal Innovationen, haben wir nun eine Sonderedition des DS-1 veröffentlicht, deren schwarzes Gehäuse goldene Buchstaben zieren, und das durch vergoldete Regler und eine Flügelschraube in Vintage-Silver zum Verschließen des Batteriefachs im Pedalboard wie auch in der Vitrine für Aufsehen sorgt. Das Pedal ist in einer edlen Box mit dem 40 Jahre BOSS-Jubiläumslogo verpackt und nur 2017 erhältlich.

This enthusiasm continues to this day and makes the DS-1 the best-selling BOSS pedal of all time.
To mark 40 years of BOSS pedal innovations, we have now released a special edition of the DS-1, the black housing of which is decorated with gold letters and which attracts attention with gold-plated controls and a wing screw in vintage silver for closing the battery compartment in the pedal board and in the display case. The pedal is packaged in an elegant box with the 40-year BOSS anniversary logo and is only available in 2017.
