The improved RockBoard® MODs V2 are simple all-in-one patchbays for RockBoard pedalboards with a new, refreshed design, and compact housing. Utilizing the MOD slot on all new RockBoards® (except the DUO series), they provide various cable connections to fit a wide variety of needs as a convenient patchbay. The new Caverns Delay Reverb V2 dual effect pedal combines delay and reverb for the perfect end to any pedal board. The reverb and delay on the Caverns can be used individually or combined together. The Reverb side is equipped with a three way toggle switch than gives you the option to choose between Spring mode (Black style amp with F style tremolo), Modulation mode (choral modulation) or Shimmer mode (octave-up voices in reverb trails). Der Sustain-Regler steuert die Stärke der Kompression und sorgt für einen straffen Sound und ein natürliches Sustain ohne Verzerrungen.
Das CS-3 basiert auf einer leistungsfähigen VCA-Schaltung, die eine stabile und gleichmäßige Kompression mit minimalem Grundrauschen ermöglicht. Mit seinem charakteristischen, ausgewogenen Ansprech- und Kompressionsverhalten sorgt das Pedal für einen transparenten Klang über alle Spielstile hinweg. Ob knackige Country-Licks, druckvolle Power-Chords oder singende Soli – das CS-3 überzeugt als unverzichtbares Werkzeug für einen besseren Sound.
Mit dem Tone-Regler wird das CS-3 noch vielseitiger. Hierüber kontrollierst du den EQ des komprimierten Signals. Stärkere Einstellungen betonen die hohen Frequenzen und für einen schärferen, schneidenden Sound – perfekt für glockenklare Arpeggi, funkige Rhythmen und Passagen, die besonders herausstechen sollen. Je mehr du den Regler zurückdrehst, desto softer werden die Höhen, was einen warmen, weicheren Sound erzeugt, der sich besonders für Genre wie Jazz und Neo Soul eignet. Ganz egal, ob du eine Extraportion Biss oder Samt benötigst – mit dem CS-3 kannst du deinen Sound flexibel an deine Musik anpassen.

Compression evens out volume differences by lowering loud sounds and raising quiet ones. The CS-3's Attack knob lets you set how quickly the circuit makes this adjustment. Turning it clockwise preserves string attacks more strongly and creates a crisper, more percussive sound. The more you turn the knob counterclockwise, the more the signal peaks are reduced. The sustain knob controls the strength of the compression and ensures a tight sound and natural sustain without distortion.
The CS-3 is based on a powerful VCA circuit that provides stable and consistent compression with minimal noise. With its characteristic balanced response and compression characteristics, the pedal delivers transparent sound across all playing styles. Whether crisp country licks, powerful power chords, or singing solos, the CS-3 is an indispensable tool for better sound.
The tone control makes the CS-3 even more versatile. It lets you control the EQ of the compressed signal. Stronger settings emphasize the high frequencies and create a sharper, more cutting sound—perfect for crystal-clear arpeggios, funky rhythms, and passages that need to stand out. The more you turn the control back, the softer the highs become, creating a warm, softer sound that is particularly suitable for genres such as jazz and neo soul. Whether you need an extra dose of bite or velvet, the CS-3 lets you flexibly adapt your sound to your music.

Die japanische Firma Zoom ist ja allseits bekannt durch ihre zumeist sehr günstig angebotenen Effektprozessoren. Begonnen hatte alles vor gut 20 Jahren, als die damals noch junge Company mit ihren miniaturisierten Geräten, wie etwa dem Modell 9002, die Fachwelt in Staunen versetzte. Eine komplette Gitarrenvorstufe mit allen erdenklichen Effekten in der Größe einer Jumbo Zigarettenschachtel – so etwas hatte es bis dato noch nicht gegeben. Doch im Kapitalismus schläft ja die Konkurrenz bekanntlich nie und so standen die Geräte von Zoom stets mehr oder weniger im Schatten der marktbeherrschenden Firmen, allen voran natürlich BOSS oder DigiTech. Zumindest im Pro-Sektor, denn unter den „einfachen Bodentretminen“ für günstiges Geld findet man zumeist etwas Passendes im Angebot bei Zoom. Eine Art „einfache Bodentretmine“ ist auch unser heutiges Testmodell, das Zoom Multistomp MS-50G. Obwohl das vielleicht nicht ganz der Wahrheit entspricht, denn in dem unscheinbaren Gehäuse in Form und Aussehen eines einfachen Single-Effektpedals versteckt sich durchaus mehr. Zumindest mehr, als es der Preis von unter 100,- Euro vermuten lässt. Das brandneue Zoom Multistomp MS-50G nun also im Test auf Amazona.de.

Der EHX Little Big Muff Pi ist identisch mit unserem Big Muff Pi, aber kleiner. Wir haben den klassischen Big Muff-Schaltkreis genommen und ihn einfach geschrumpft, ohne den süßen, geigenartigen Sustain-Sound zu verändern. Dieser kleine Bruder trägt sein Erbe mit Stolz zur Schau.

The EHX Little Big Muff Pi is identical to our Big Muff Pi but smaller. We took the classic Big Muff circuit and simply shrunk it without any change to the sweet violin-like sustaining sound. This little brother displays its heritage proudly.

Oft kopiert aber nie erreicht, rangiert das schwer zu findende, originale, Phase 90 bei den Sammlern alter Bodentreter ganz weit oben. Das Original - seit der Gründung der Firma Dunlop bis in die späten 70er Jahre erhältlich – definierte den klassischen Phase Shifter Sound und war in allen Musikstilen zu hören, egal ob Hard Rock, Jazz-Fusion oder Funk-Hits. Der nach dem Kultpedal der Firma designte Phaser kommt puritanisch mit einem Regler aus, über den der Phaser-Speed einstellbar ist. Eine rote LED über dem stabilen Fußschalter zeigt den Schaltstatus an. Das massive Spritzgußgehäuse verfügt über jeweils 1/4" Klinke In- und Out-Eingänge. Betrieben wird der Kulttreter mit einer 9V Batterie, die in einem leicht zugänglichen Batteriefach auf der Unterseite Platz findet. Es ist erhältlich in der ursprünglichen orangenen Farbe.
