The new SwirlPool Tremolo/Vibe pedal is Amptweaker’s first dive into non-distortion pedals, and was the most commonly requested pedal by consumers on Amptweaker’s website. Reminiscent of the synchronized Tremolo and Vibrato circuits common in some vintage 60’s amplifiers, this analog pedal can duplicate many different types of modulation tones....as well as invent a few new ones.

The two footswitch buttons provide bypass and speed control, allowing the user to switch between two different Speed and Vibe settings while sharing a common Tremolo control. If a Vibe knob is turned down, then the sound will be only tremolo, and can be tweaked from smooth to 'Jerky'....but as the Vibe is added, the resulting combination can provide a subtle vocal quality or a dramatic pitch shift.

Other switches help you really fine-tune the vibrato in the pedal.....one called Surf that adjusts the vibe’s tone to a more dramatic 'swimmy' vibrato, 2 switches that slide the phase between the Tremolo and Vibe LFOs, and even a switch to turn on ramping between speeds. By using these in various combinations(see the Suggested Settings Below), it’s easy to get many different tremolo, vibe, and rotary speaker tones made famous in the 60’s and 70’s which are still commonly used today. There’s even a master volume control so you can easily balance or boost the volume compared to when bypassed.

Der Amptweaker PressuRizer -Kompressor erreicht dies auf mehrere einzigartige Weisen und beinhaltet einen eingebauten Ausgangs-FET-Limiter / Booster, was ihn zu einem flexiblen Clean-Tone-Tweaker macht. Da viele ihren Kompressor ständig an lassen, hat der PressuRizer einen genialen 2-Step-Fußschalter ... normalerweise ist es ein True Bypass-On / Off-Schalter, aber wenn man den Fußschalter gedrückt hält, wird der Kompressor dauerhaft aktiv geschalten und der integrierte Boost scharf geschalten. Tritt man nun den Fußschalter erneut, gibt einem der Boost einen zusätzlichen Volumen-Kick.

The Amptweaker PressuRizer compressor accomplishes this in several unique ways, and includes a built-in output FET limiter/booster, making this a powerful clean tone tweaker. Using parallel studio-grade compression with wet/dry blend, and some unusual side-chain variations, it varies from smooth compression that limits the initial 'whack' to a dry-blended approach that adds compression after a short delay. The PressuRizer is designed to work for both guitar and bass. Since many always leave their compressor on, the PressuRizer has a cool 2-Step footswitch....normally it's a true bypass on/off switch, but if you press & hold the switch, it locks the compressor on, and then tapping kicks in another boost knob on the side of the pedal.

Derived from the Pro series, the Tight control and Fat switches were re-configured into a 3-position Fat/Normal/Tight switch to dial in the attack of the notes from thick and heavy to aggressive and chunky. Since this model uses a low gain germanium transistor, an input boost is included to give thicker fuzz tones. And to help dial in the all-important mid frequencies, there's a Mid control that matches the tone of the original BluesFuzz when set in the middle. The ingenious automatically adjusting bias on the Fuzz controls keeps the sweet spot at hand, and is especially nice for cleaner tones.

Dieses Pedal verfügt über die meisten Funktionen, die auf den größeren TightDrives zu finden sind und verwendet die gleiche Schaltung, während einige Features weggelassen wurden, die viele Gitarristen nicht benötigen, um Größe und Gewicht zu reduzieren. With ever-shrinking pedalboard real estate, a common request to Amptweaker has been for smaller footprint versions of our popular distortion pedals...introducing the Amptweaker TightDrive Jr. This pedal shares most of the tone-tweaking features available on the larger TightDrives, and uses the same circuitry, some features, most players don't need in order to shrink down the size and weight. An EQ switch similarly provides Plexi/Normal/Smooth tone settings, which helps the pedals cover much of the range of both its bigger Pro-Series brothers. And the great thing about a built-in noise gate is that it goes away when you turn the pedal off...so your clean tone is unaffected!
