Das TightMetal ST Distortion-Pedal nimmt das beliebte Amptweaker TightMetal mit seinen Over-the-Top-Metal und Hardcore-Crunch-Tones und fügt den beliebten SideTrak -Effekt-Loop hinzu. The TightMetal ST distortion pedal takes the popular TightMetal pedal with its over-the-top metal and hardcore crunch tones, and adds the popular SideTrak effects loop. This is a secondary loop that only works when the TightMetal ST is OFF. There's also an added High/Low gain switch to select modern or vintage metal tones. Originally designed with Mark Kloeppel, guitarist of the deathgrind band Misery Index it includes a built-in noise gate with a 'Chomp' setting for extremely tight stops. In the same way high gain tube amps are designed by cascading extra tube stages, the TightMetal was created by adding additional stages resulting in thicker and much heavier distortion. The proprietary SideTrak effects loop turns ON when the pedal is OFF: it's like having a built-in A/B box.

Abgeleitet von der Pro-Serie wurden die Tight-Regler und Fat-Schalter in einen 3-Wege Fat / Normal / Tight Schalter umkonfiguriert, um das Attack von dick und heavy zu aggressiv und clunky zu verändern. Ein EQ-Schalter bietet Thrash / Normal / Smooth-Klangeinstellungen, wodurch das Pedal eine breite Palette von Anwendungen abdeckt und sich in verschiedenste Rigs einfügt. Zusätzlich zu den Gain-, Tone- und Volume-Reglern gibt es ein manuell anpassbares Noise Gate, mit dem du Noten schnell und hart abstoppen kannst. Und das Tolle an einem eingebauten Noise Gate ist, dass es verschwindet, wenn das Pedal im Bypass ist ... damit dein Clean-Signal nicht beeinträchtigt wird! Der Tight-Schalter und der Tone-Regler wurden optimiert, um bei niedrigeren Frequenzen noch besser zu arbeiten, wodurch der TightMetal Jr perfekt für Bass- oder tiefer gestimmte sowie 7- oder 8-Saiter Gitarren geeignet ist.

The Bass TightMetal Jr is a bass version of Amptweaker's popular TightMetal Jr, and includes the Dry Low MOD knob on the side. This blend adds in clean lowend to the tone, helping to maintain the bottom without adding weird phase-shifty tones to the distorted highend. Derived from the Pro series, the Tight control and Fat switches were re-configured into a 3-position Fat/Normal/Tight switch to dial in the attack of the notes from thick and heavy to aggressive and chunky. An EQ switch similarly provides Thrash/Normal/Smooth tone settings, which helps the pedal cover a broad range of applications and work with various rigs. In addition to Gain, Tone and Volume knobs, there's also a manually-adjustable Noise Gate which can be cranked to stop notes hard and fast. And the great thing about a built-in noise gate is that it goes away when you turn the pedal off...so your clean tone is unaffected! The Tight switch and Tone control were tweaked to operate at lower frequencies, making them perfect for bass OR lower tuned guitars such as 7 or 8-strings.

The TightBoost is a cleaner version of the TightDrive, and includes a parked wah tone, and the Tight attack control.

The TightBoost™ version of the TightDrive overdrive pedal has less gain, more volume and provides a cleaner boost to drive your amp harder.  Along with the popular Tight control, it also has a Mid boost control that gradually adds a Parked Wah tone.  This makes it easy to add a controlled amount of ‘vowel’ tone to your boost.

Since this model uses a low gain germanium transistor, an input boost is included to give thicker fuzz tones. And to help dial in the all-important mid frequencies, there's a Mid control that matches the tone of the original BluesFuzz when set in the middle. The ingenious automatically adjusting bias on the Fuzz controls keeps the sweet spot at hand, and is especially nice for cleaner tones.

Der Bass TightDrive war das erste Amptweaker Bass-Produkt und stellte den beliebten Tight Attack Regler vor. Das Bass TightDrive Overdrive Pedal entstand, nachdem Greg Weeks von The Red Chord die "Gitarren" Version auf der NAMM Show ausprobiert hatte. Diese hatte ihm so gut gefallen, dass schon nach ein paar kleinen Optimierungen die finale Bassversion fertig war. Sie ist perfekt, um den Klang deines Bassamps zu optimieren, vom Straffen des Attacks bis hin zum Aufbau einer dichten Wand aus Overdrive für pick-lastige Metal-Basslinien. Andere berühmte Liebhaber dieses Pedals beinhalten dUg Pinnick von King's X und Sean Frankhouser den Bassisten von Bugs Henderson.
