Description

Designed in collaboration with jazz fusion guitarist Allen Hinds, this analog overdrive and boost pedal serves as an enhanced re-imagining of the legacy Xotic AC Comp circuit. The control layout provides external adjustments for gain, volume, and an active two-band equalizer that permits cutting or boosting treble and bass frequencies by up to fifteen decibels. A three-position toggle switch alters the compression character, allowing users to toggle between normal, off, and full compression modes to adapt to rhythm or lead styles. Internal dual inline package switches deliver deeper tonal customization by offering selectable treble and presence boost settings. The true-bypass circuitry runs on standard direct current voltages, with supported higher voltage configurations providing expanded clean headroom and dynamic response.
