Der Voyager MKII ist ein mittenbetonter Overdrive/Preamp, der die legendäre Magie des originalen Voyager vereint und mit zahlreichen Funktionen ausgestattet ist, die ein Klon-artiges Pedal bisher nicht bot. Von der niedrigsten bis zur höchsten Einstellung bietet der Voyager eine einzigartige Klarheit für jeden Spielstil.

Bei niedrigeren Gain-Einstellungen hellt er das Signal auf und verleiht jeder Note Klarheit. Bei erhöhter Gain-Einstellung verwandelt sich der Voyager in einen satten Overdrive, der Akkordspiel Tiefe verleiht und gleichzeitig die nötige Klarheit für durchschlagende Soli bewahrt.

Der Voyager MKII bricht mit der traditionellen Centaur-Drei-Regler-Struktur und verfügt über einen fußschaltbaren parametrischen Mittenfrequenz-EQ mit einem Boost/Cut-Bereich von +/-12 dB. Der Freq-Regler (Frequency) steuert die Mittenfrequenz, auf die der Mid-Regler eingestellt ist, und bietet einen Bereich von 250 Hz bis 2 kHz. Ideal für jede Gitarren- und Tonabnehmerkombination und zur individuellen Anpassung des Sounds an den eigenen Spielstil.

Passen Sie den Sound des Voyager mit dem Fünfwege-Drehschalter weiter an:

1: Klassische 1N34A Germaniumdioden (am stärksten komprimiert). Dies ist der originale Voyager-Sound.

2: Klassische 1N34A Germaniumdioden mit Bassanhebung (vertrauen Sie uns).

3: Symmetrische Siliziumdioden (offener und dynamischer).

4: Asymmetrische Siliziumdioden (am wenigsten komprimiert, offen und getrieben).

The Voyager MKII is a mid-focused overdrive/preamp that contains all the mythical magic from the original Voyager and adds a wealth of features not seen before in a Klon-style pedal. From its lowest to highest settings, the Voyager provides a uniquely superb amount of clarity to any playing style.

At lower gain settings, it brightens the signal and adds clarity to each note. With the gain turned up, the Voyager transforms into a thick overdrive, providing depth to chorded playing while retaining the clarity needed to break through solos.

The Voyager MKII breaks out of the traditional Centaur three-knob topography by adding a foot-switchable parametric mid-frequency EQ with a boost/cut range of +/-12dB. The Freq (Frequency) knob then controls the center frequency of where the Mid knob is set, giving a range of 250Hz-2kHz. Great for accommodating any guitar and pickup combination and tailoring your tone to your own style of playing.

Further customize the Voyager’s sound with the five-way rotary switch:

1: Classic 1N34A Germanium Diodes (most compressed). This is the original Voyager sound.

2: Classic 1N34A Germanium Diodes with bass boost (trust us).

3: Symmetric Silicon Diodes (more open and dynamic).

4: Asymmetric Silicon Diodes (least compressed, open & driven).

5: Asymmetric Silicon Diodes with bass boost (least compressed, open & driven with a bass boost.)

Think of each position as a different “flavor” of the pedal. Fine-tune each of these modes with the Mid/Freq EQ for a near-infinite supply of gain options.

Die Walrus Audio Julia ist ein komplett analoges Chorus/Vibrato-Pedal, das mit einigen Besonderheiten aufwarten kann. Obwohl es sich bei den beiden um alteingesessene Standard-Effektsounds handelt, versteht es der amerikanische Boutique-Hersteller, mit einigen Extras jenseits der Norm Interesse zu wecken.
So auch bei der Julia, bei der beispielsweise fließend mit einem Blend-Regler zwischen Chorus und Vibrato gewechselt werden kann. Dazu lässt ein Schalter die Wahl, den LFO zu Sinus- oder Dreieck-Wellenformen zu überreden. Was diese Funktionen klanglich bewirken, schauen wir uns im Folgenden an.

The Julia is a fully analog, feature-rich chorus/vibrato packed with a wide array of tonal landscapes begging to be explored. Updated for 2020, Julia now has top mounted jacks, soft switch bypassing and updated art from Adam Forster. 

Julia is able to produce mild smooth chorus, to seasick vibrato and everywhere in between. With controls like Lag, Dry-Chorus-Vibrato Blend, and selectable analog LFO wave shapes, you are able to dial in all types of classic and unique chorus/vibrato sounds; some settings giving a familiar feel while others are not found on traditional chorus pedals.

A special feature of the Julia is the Lag control. The Lag knob lets you set the center delay time that the LFO effect modulates from. From smooth and tight modulation at lower settings, to warbling detune at maximum, the Lag knob adds a new dimension to the traditional Chorus/Vibrato landscape.

Building off of the lush, tonal landscapes that the Julia Analog Chorus/Vibrato created, Julianna is an all analog, digital LFO, stereo chorus/vibrato with new expanded features. Julianna is able to produce mild smooth chorus, to seasick vibrato, to everywhere in between. Familiar controls like Lag, Dry-Chorus-Vibrato Blend, and selectable LFO wave shapes are all still here, but Julianna employs some new tricks: The Secondary LFO speed, modulation drift, tap/expression control and momentary features will have you commanding all new kinds of sounds not found in traditional chorus pedals.

The ARP-87 is a compact, feature-rich delay, packed with a large pallet of inspirational delay tones. Featuring four main algorithms, digital, analog, lo-fi, and slap back, the ARP-87 can cover some serious ground in the world of echoes.

The Digital algorithm boasts pristine, crystal clear repeats great for rhythmic riffs. The Analog setting works well to add warmth and dimension to chords and lines without getting in the way. The Lo-Fi algorithm, with its adjustable frequency range on the repeats, goes from warm, warped, and murky, to strait AM radio. Finally, the Slap setting makes it easy to dial in a great slap back echo perfect for smoking chicken pickin’ runs. Utilizing the MOD slot on all new RockBoards® (except the DUO series), they provide various cable connections to fit a wide variety of needs as a convenient patchbay. With the RockBoard® MODs, you can permanently connect your pedals underneath your board and organize all connections to and from your effects setup in one convenient module. The RockBoard® MODs provide a central access point from your instrument to your amp, as well as your power supply via IEC, and a 2.1 x 5.5 barrel thru power connector. The RockBoard® MOD 3 V2 is a pass-thru box designed for use by vocalists and acoustic players. The 2x XLR outputs allow you to send a stereo signal from your MOD and the 1x XLR input can be used to connect your microphone. You can also use it to run several pedals from your board through the effects loop of your amp, or simply use the MOD as a central access point to your pedalboard.

While it is it's own unique circuit, it can be closely compared to similar type circuits like the Boss DS-1, Pro Co Rat, and JHS Angry Charlie, etc. The Lion features an internal 18V charge pump converting a standard 9V power supply to 18V for maximum headroom and responsive touch dynamics.

Offering dual-mode modulation, your effects are boosted with phaser like momentum, be that a thick, undulating slow swirls or a frenzied, frantic dash. Set into the polyphonic mode you have access to textures resembling the famous rotary Leslie effect, while the monophonic switch evokes the swooshes and dips of MXR's celebrated Phase 90 pedal. And for those times you don't want to draw on the considerable power of the M306, it's default off bypass mode will ensure your signal is unaffected no matter where you place this on your pedalboard.
