The Budi is a clean natural boost pedal which allows you to obtain a best match with your equipment. Depending on the guitar and amp, adjust the Min-Vol(Minimum Volume) trimmer equally to your amp.
(Set the BOOST knob to 0, align the EQ and the output level controls to its center position)
Then adjust the BOOST knob, the EQ controls and the output level control to obtain your specific needs.

Budi

A crunch boost pedal eqiupped with TIS58(The FET used on the Maestro Echoplex EP-3).
The legendary FET is available in limited production.
The sound that everyone thought was non-replicable comes alive as a clean-crunch boost pedal.
After careful analsis of the circuitry, we at Vemuram was able to recreate that tone and fit it into a compact brass body chassis.
A BOUNCE control is available to handle hi-gain amplifiers.

The Maestro Echoplex EP-3 was a tape echo which numerous virtuoso guitar players used such as Eddie Van Halen and Jimmy Page. They were the most captivated with the Echoplex. The original EP-3 was equipped with a FET(Field Effect Transistor) TIS58 on it's first leve pre-amp stage. We at Vemuram was able to obtain the rare original TIS58 and transform it to become the Neoplex.

Following the original circuitry plans we also added a bounce control for sensitivity.
While using the newest high performance parts for the power source to build a noiseless and warm boost pedal.

Neoplex

The Tomo Fujita signature model is based on the Jan Ray with a little tweak where Tomo wanted to cut the gain and the bass frequency.
-Having the Bass and Treble at noon will allow you to obtain Tomo's standard tone.
-Compared to the normal Jan Ray, the gain is lowered.
-Made it a little brighter to achieve more clarity to the tone.

Jan Ray Tomo Fujita Signature

This is a single germanium full range booster, co-produced by famous Grammy Award winning producer-writer-guitarist, John Shanks. Based on the Dallas Rangemaster, used by big names like Brian May, Richie Blackmore, and Tommy Iommi, we put in some tweaks with the advice of John which then added a Sola Sound Tone Bender Professional mkII vibe, which Jimmy Page used in Led Zeppelin, giving Shanks a hybrid characteristic.
For the sound, we used difficult to find vintage hand picked N.O.S condensers. For the power outlet, we use state of the art tech which allows the great tone with a noiseless boost and wide head room.
The Bass knob allows to creat a full range boost.
From a clean sparkle to crunch and for a full boost that can drive like a Tonebender.

Collaboration with Darryl Jones.
Based off our Jan Ray, Darryl and our team wanted to recreate a pedal that can be used in a wide variety of range and tone and a LOT of headroom.
Mixing the clean channel and the overdrive channel lets you keep the bottom end to the bass.
Equipped with N.O.S parts which Darryl was also very interested in.
It's been a long 6 years to get this pedal complete. He has been using the prototype on The Rolling Stones Tour through out the years.
