The improved RockBoard® MODs V2 are simple all-in-one patchbays for RockBoard pedalboards with a new, refreshed design, and compact housing. Utilizing the MOD slot on all new RockBoards® (except the DUO series), they provide various cable connections to fit a wide variety of needs as a convenient patchbay. With the RockBoard® MODs, you can permanently connect your pedals underneath your board and organize all connections to and from your effects setup in one convenient module. The RockBoard® MODs provide a central access point from your instrument to your amp, as well as your power supply via IEC, and a 2.1 x 5.5 barrel thru power connector. The RockBoard® MOD 1 V2 is a pass-thru box especially designed for guitar and bass players. It can also be used to run several pedals from your board through the effects loop of your amp, or as a central access point to your pedalboard via its 4x TRS thru connections. The XLR thru connection can be used as signal output from your pedalboard to the console or PA.

Ich wurde von einer Reihe von Vintage-Pedal-Enthusiasten, die ich kenne, gebeten, das FALLOUT CLOUD zu entwickeln. Das Pedal ist innen makellos verarbeitet und verwendet hochwertige 1 %-Metallfilmwiderstände, Wima- und Panasonic-Kondensatoren sowie Neutrik-Buchsen. Das sind die Crème de la Crème der Elektronikwelt, und in Kombination mit einer robusten vergoldeten Leiterplatte und staubgeschützten Potentiometern ist das Rezept so gut wie es nur sein kann.

I was asked to create the FALLOUT CLOUD by a number of vintage pedal enthusiasts I know. They were after a Triangle era style pedal that would work with a variety of guitars (Humbucker and singlecoil's including P90's) and amps and be bombproof so it could be gigged. The brief was simple, make a triangle era Fuzz that could beat their original 1971 Triangle fuzz pedals when placed head to head.
Internally the pedal is immaculately built using premium 1% metalfilm resistors, Wima and Panasonic capacitors, and Neutrik jacks. These are the crème de la crème of the electronics world and when coupled with a robust gold plated PCB and dust sealed potentiometers the recipe is as good as it can possibly be.

Die Verarbeitung ist vorbildlich, genau wie bei allen anderen Pedalen, die wir bereits getestet haben. Auch dieses Gerät ist absolut roadtauglich, aber das war nicht anders zu erwarten, denn rund um den Globus findet man unzählige Pedale von TC, die sich seit Jahrzehnten klaglos im Dauereinsatz befinden.

Same design as the original EHX Q-Tron but with extremely useful Effects Loop and an Attack Response Switch. The Effects Loop gives the musician the ability to place an additional effect, or chain of effects between the EHX Q-Tron Plus’s preamp and filter section without changing the envelope drive. This is particularly important with most distortion devices, as most all do not have much of an amplitude envelope. The FX loop will also fire up your creative juices to try all sorts of combinations in the effects loop: try the Micro POG into a Deluxe Memory Man. You can invent all sorts of novel effects. The added Response Switch selects between a slow, smooth, vowel-like attack and the fast, snaked response of the original Q-Tron.

Since the late ’70s and until today, this little orange pedal offers a compressed, British stack style distortion with an easy control layout – Distortion, Tone and Level.

The BOSS DS-1 is not a subtle pedal but not brutal either, it retains its characteristics with most type of pickups and it is really a great pedal for beginners and pros alike.

it is a 2 head machine. The drive mechanism has been updated with a noiseless belt drive. A tape lock/release mechanism is added, to make the pinch wheel and tape last longer and electronics has been tuned to perfection.

A production board. All time based fx are in the mx5 loop. Thorpy comp, fuzz and drive/boost before the MX5 via a switchblade for parallel sounds. EHX compressor is in the fx loop (allows consistant fx level if required) and also allows for volume swells or dirt on the fx loop only. Signal flow in the fx loop is: Platform Comp - Timeline - Cloudburst - Ultraviolet - Brig - Aeros Looper - El Capistan... return for IR's and Reverb in the MX5. It sounds amazing and a lot of variety is possible by placement of the loop within the MX5. Also of course all the other fx and goodies in the multi-effects. Joy.

However due to the design brief needing to cover the wide palette of sounds he uses, the pedal finished up being the most versatile pedal available on the market for such a clean design. THE DANE has two sides - a complex light to medium gain overdrive on the left and a high headroom super clean boost on the right. The pedal is designed so that the boost runs into the drive side. This yields three distinct tonal variations ranging from clean boost all the way through to full and fat saturation. The pedal is also designed to clean up impeccably from your volume control and as such it is ideal for dynamic players who like to adjust their playing style.
