Damit kannst du deine Effekt-Kette so einrichten, dass du bei der Vorbereitung auf den Gig lediglich Kabel an der Vorderseite des Boards einstecken musst, anstatt unter dem Board zu hantieren.

The patchbay module is designed to route connections from underneath your pedalboard to its front, giving you a central access point and tidying up your connections. The A, B, C, and D TRS sockets are wiring thru-connections from the front of MOD 4 to the corresponding sockets on the back. This allows you to connect your pedals permanently underneath the board, so you only have to connect cables to and from the front of the board, instead of having to route underneath it when setting it up for a gig.

Der One Control Gecko MKIII ist eine kompakte und leichte Lösung um schnell die MIDI-Programme an mehreren Geräten umzuschalten. Viele Effektpedale nutzen eine MIDI-Steuerung und die Möglichkeit schnell und direkt auf verschiedene Presets zugreifen zu können ist inzwischen eine der wichtigsten Anforderungen bei vielen Live-Shows. Der Gecko MKIII bietet Musikern drei wählbare Schalt-Modi (Select, Instant, Direct) für insgesamt 20 Presets. Jedes Preset kann ein Program Change (PC) Signal in jedem der 16 MIDI-Kanäle speichern. Außerdem lässt sich in jedem MIDI-Kanal das Control Change (CC) Signal festlegen, das gesendet wird, wenn man den OK/TAP Fußschalter tritt. Da man das CC Signal für jeden Kanal frei bestimmen kann, lässt sich so das Tap Tempo von bis zu 16 Geräten gleichzeitig kontrollieren.

The One Control Gecko MKIII is a compact, lightweight solution for quickly switching between programs on MIDI devices. With an increasing number of guitar pedals being built with MIDI capabilities, having the ability to access presets in a quick and efficient manner has become an important part of playing live. The Gecko MKIII gives guitarists three modes to access programs (Select, Instant, Direct) and features 20 presets. Each preset can store one PC (program change) message for each of 16 MIDI channels. Also, for each MIDI channel, you can set the CC number to send when pressing the OK/TAP footswitch and use it as tap tempo control. Since you can set individual CC numbers for each channel, you can control tap tempo of up to 16 devices at once.

Das Digitech Freqout Natural Feedback Creator Effektpedal gehört zu den eher exotischen Vertretern im Pedalboard. Es widmet sich der Erzeugung von Rückkopplungen, die zwar zum Repertoire jedes gepflegten (Rock-) Gitarristen gehören, aber üblicherweise nur mit entsprechender Lautstärke und der Interaktion zwischen Amp, Box und Gitarre möglich sind. Mit dem E-Bow, der seit Mitte der 70er Jahre erhältlich ist, gibt es bereits ein Werkzeug, das die Saiten per Magnetfeld beliebig lang in Schwingung versetzt, indem es über die gewünschte Saite gehalten wird. Oder den Sustainer von Fernandes, ein Pickup, der ebenfalls die Saiten zum Schwingen bringt, wenn er per Schalter dazu aufgefordert wird. Und natürlich muss beim Umbau der Gitarre einer der vorhandenen Tonabnehmer dem Sustainer weichen.

The Voltage Unit Meter Pedal (“VUMP”) is a guitar pedal-style level indication meter. This unit reads out signal level in the
traditional “Voltage Unit” (VU) scale, which is similar to a decibel (dB) scale, but pegged to a reference value of 0
VU=1.23VRMS. Since sound levels span many decades of pressure intensity, it is convenient to express the level in the
logarithmic dB scale. An increase of 6 dB sounds about twice as loud as the reference sound level.
The intended use for this device is to be the last “pedal” in a chain of pedals connected to an electronic instrument such
as an electric guitar or bass guitar, or microphone. It provides a convenient, local measure of your signal level just before
going to the amp or a sound board. You can also precisely equalize the volume settings of your pedals using this device.

On more subtle settings the Phaseomatic tube phaser pedal creates a beautiful, natural sounding vibrato (frequency modulation) and shimmering phasing effects, utilising exactly the same one- and two-stage “Cathodyne” tube circuitry used to in those incredible vintage Magnatone® amps. However, the Phaseomatic’s all-tube circuitry has two additional Cathodyne phase inverters, which allow it to generate a much richer, deeper vibrato and even intense, deep “tunnel” phasing as well as a host of cosmic and spacious sound effects heard on many 1950′s “B” science fiction movie soundtracks.

Zu den neuen Features zählen eine erweiterte EQ-Sektion, ein Hi/Lo Schalter für massiven, cleanen Headroom und die Möglichkeit 48V Phantom-Power an Kondensator-Mikrofone weiterzugeben. Die Gain-Sektion (Rot) bietet Regelmöglichkeiten Master, Pre-Vol und Step. Master kontrolliert das Gesamt-Volume des Pedals, Pre-Vol arbeitet als Gain-Regler zwischen den beiden internen Gain Stages und bietet bei Bedarf eine Verzerrung, die von leichten Break-Up-Sounds bis zu Fuzz reicht. The JHS Colour Box V2 has all the same functionality of the popular V1 version with many new and improved additions like expanded EQ controls, a Hi/Lo switch for massive clean headroom, and the ability to pass phantom power to your condenser mics. The Gain section in red has three controls: Master, Pre-Vol, and Step. The Master volume controls the overall volume of the unit. The Pre-Vol controls the amount of gain between the two internal gain stages. This acts as a "drive" or "gain" control, adding more grit, distortion, and even fuzz as you increase the gain. The Step control increases the gain of each preamp stage in five stages. Rotating the Step knob from left-to-right will increase the gain by the following: 1st is +18 dB, 2nd is +23 dB, 3rd is +28 dB, 4th is +33 dB, 5th is +39 dB. The JHS Colour Box V2 has a new Hi/Lo switch to control the amount of clean headroom you have available. In the Lo mode, you will easily be able to get ultra clean sounds without breakup. Lo Mode is excellent for tone shaping when distortion is not needed. In the Hi mode, the Colour Box V2 will distort much more readily, giving you a broad spectrum of overdrive, distortion, and fuzz sounds. In addition to the Hi / Lo gain switch, there is a -20 dB pad switch on the right side of the Colour Box V2. This function only works when in XLR input mode and can help tame the volume for high output microphones. The EQ section in blue has three new Shift controls correlating to its standard Treble, Middle and Bass controls. The Shift knobs adjust the range of frequencies that the Treble, Middle, and Bass knobs control. The center frequencies for the Shift knobs are Treble 10kHz, Middle 1kHz, and Bass 120Hz, while the Treble, Middle, and Bass knobs boost or cut with +/- 17 dB of control. If you want to boost high-mid frequencies, turn the Mid Shift knob to 3 o'clock or above and increase the Middle knob above 12 o'clock. If you want to cut upper treble frequencies, turn the Treble Shift knob to 3 o'clock or above and set the Treble knob below 12 o'clock. The Shift knobs give you precision control over the EQ for anything you put through the Colour Box V2. The Hi-Pass section is enabled by the toggle switch below the Hi-Pass knob. Just flip it up to engage the Hi-Pass knob, which spans from 60Hz to 800Hz with a 6dB per octave slope. The Colour Box V2 has a combination XLR and 1/4" input jack to use either an instrument or microphone. Select your input with the input selector switch on the right side of the pedal labeled INST/XLR.

This is accomplished using vacuum tubes and an archaic, long forgotten electronic component known as a ‘Raysistor’, essentially a tiny filament lamp and photocell housed together in a small metal can.
