Stereo Headphone Amp

AMP

Description

The Slow Gear Electronics Pedalboard Headphone Amp is a compact solution for silent practice and live IEM monitoring, designed to fit seamlessly on your pedalboard. It features a 3.5mm stereo Aux input with a separate mix knob, allowing you to connect a phone or PC for silent rehearsal. The unit includes TS stereo inputs with a high impedance (1Meg) input on the L channel for direct instrument connection, and TS stereo buffered outputs for guitar only. Additional features include a gain switch for instrument vs. line level (affecting only the headphone output), a mono sum switch affecting both buffered TS outs and the headphone out, and a polarity switch affecting the R input for buffered R out and headphone out. The amp runs on 9 to 12V DC, requiring 100 to 200mA depending on headphone impedance, and can drive 8 Ohm to 300 Ohm headphones or in-ear monitors via a 1/4 inch TRS connector.
