The Shaw Audio Tube Injection is a compact instrument preamp and DI box. It is a hand-wired, point-to-point, tube-based unit that utilizes an octal preamp tube (12SL7) and is designed to be a portable, studio-quality preamp for bass and other instruments. The unit features a 3-band tone stack with a midrange switch that selects between three contours, and a "Fat" switch for added fullness. It includes an XLR direct output with a ground lift and separate 1/4" outputs for stage use. The pedal also has a "Thru" output for a tuner or pedals and a 9V DC output to power other pedals, making it suitable for a pedalboard.
