Description

The Seymour Duncan Pickup Booster Mini is a compact, discrete class-A boost pedal designed to provide up to 25dB of transparent signal reinforcement while preserving instrument dynamics. It features a patent-pending resonance switch with three distinct settings that interact directly with single-coil pickups, allowing them to emulate the warm low-mid girth of vintage or high-output humbuckers. Housed in a durable mini metal chassis, the circuit functions as both a flat-response clean boost and a low-impedance line driver capable of driving long cable runs. The control interface consists of a single large gain knob to push tube amplifiers into natural saturation or balance output levels between different guitars. Power can be supplied via a standard 9-volt or 18-volt DC adapter, with higher voltage operation providing expanded headroom.
