The Side FX Bug Elektrik is a handmade analog modulation pedal combining tremolo and ring modulation in one unique circuit. It offers traditional modulation controls (Depth and Rate), two waveform types (triangle and square), plus Gain and Volume knobs so you can push the ring modulation into dirtier, synthy, glitchy territory or balance the wet/dry signal. The modulation section can be completely turned off to use the pedal as an overdriven preamp, and additional envelope modes control modulation rate dynamically based on playing dynamics. A momentary switch slows the modulation for glitch effects, and the unit features true bypass and works with a standard 9 V DC adapter. Handbuilt in Athens, Greece, the Bug Elektrik is designed for creative, unpredictable modulation and experimental textures.
