Description
Vali is a hand-built medium-gain clean overdrive pedal manufactured by the Japanese brand Sea Side Sound in Saga. The circuit is designed to deliver a natural, warm, and glossy overdrive sound reminiscent of a driven tube amplifier. An internal voltage doubler boosts the incoming power supply up to 17 volts to maximize clean headroom and responsiveness. Four external controls allow precise tone shaping, specifically targeting a fat, prominent midrange frequency profile. The unit maintains a wide frequency dynamic range while preserving subtle picking nuances directly to the guitar amplifier. It serves effectively across various performance applications from subtle tonal gloss addition to mild overdrive backing tracking.Media
