Rosac Electronics produced the Nu Wah Fuzz as a vintage multi-effect unit combining a traditional wah-wah sweep with an aggressive fuzz circuit. Designed by Ed Sanner, who famously created the Mosrite Fuzzrite, the internal fuzz section serves as an evolution of that classic silicon-based circuit design. The circuit utilizes a dual-transistor layout providing a distinct mid-range character that is frequently compared to a focused Big Muff. Players can utilize the independent wah portion for a subtle frequency sweep or park it in a fixed position to act as a standard treble boost. Robust oversized metal housing protects the components, showcasing the classic construction aesthetic typical of late 1960s California-made musical equipment.
