Lil MO

OVERDRIVE

The Lil MO is a compact overdrive pedal built by Rimrock Effects that uses the same circuit as their “Vintage Spec Mythical Overdrive,” but in a smaller, pedalboard-friendly enclosure. It features PCB-mounted diodes and pots, top-mounted jacks and power jack, and buffered bypass. You get selectable clipping diode options: germanium (1N34), or several diode sets including OA126, OA128, or mixed germanium/silicon — giving a range from warm, amp-like breakup to cleaner boost with more headroom. The pedal is built in a powder-coated enclosure with durable silkscreened graphics; all components (resistors, capacitors, pots, jacks, LED etc.) are high-quality parts chosen for reliability. Power is supplied via a standard regulated 9 V DC supply, and internally the pedal uses a charge-pump to boost voltage to ~18 V for increased headroom.
