The Radial Engineering LX-3 is a high-performance passive line-level audio splitter designed to take one balanced or unbalanced audio signal and send it to three destinations without adding noise or degrading audio quality. It uses a premium Jensen transformer to deliver wide frequency response and very low distortion while isolating two outputs to prevent hum and buzz from ground loops. The input accepts a combination XLR/TRS connector, and each output has a ground lift switch to help eliminate interference when connecting to different gear. A ­12 dB input pad lets you connect hot line signals without overloading the unit, making the LX-3 useful in live, studio, and broadcast applications.
