Der Tuner selbst bietet eine Genauigkeit von +/-1 Cent und eine extrem schnelle Reaktion für den Live-Einsatz. Drop-Tune-Modi sind leicht zugänglich. Das Stimmen kann entweder kontinuierlich auch im Mute-Modus erfolgen oder nur im stummgeschalteten Zustand aktiviert werden, je nach Vorliebe.

Bereits in der Eingangsstufe erhältst du, was sich viele gewünscht haben: Gain-Boost und eine Anpassung der tiefen Frequenzen. Der Boost-/EQ-Bereich ist per Fußschalter aktivierbar und bietet satte 20 dB. Der Hochpassfilter-EQ kann entweder umgangen oder auf die bekannten 720 Hz- und 1 kHz-Einstellungen gesetzt werden, die an klassische Boosts erinnern.

Bei den Ausgängen wird das gepufferte Signal auf beide Ausgänge verteilt, wobei Ausgang 2 die Option bietet, den Boost-/EQ-Bereich zu umgehen, und zudem über einen Ground-Lift verfügt, um Brummprobleme zu vermeiden. Diese Anordnung ermöglicht unkompliziertes Amp- und DI-Recording oder Multi-Amp-Setups mit einfacher Bedienung.

Ob auf der Bühne, im Studio oder zu Hause – der Tuner+ ist das weltweit funktionsreichste Tuner-Pedal.

Heavy duty construction and a big bright display start off the long list of features and attributes of the CHUG TUNER+. The Tuner itself is a +/-1c accuracy tuner with super-fast response for the live setting and drop tune modes are easily accessed. Tuning can be continuous even when muted or can engage only when muted depending on your preference. From the input stage you get what everyone has been asking for: Gain Boost & Low Frequency tailoring. The Boost/EQ section is foot-switchable with a healthy 20db and the High Pass filter EQ can be bypassed or set to very familiar 720hz & 1k settings mirroring the classic boosts of all time. Moving to the outputs, the buffered signal is split to both outputs with output 2 having the option to bypass the Boost/EQ section and also a ground lift to solve AC noise issues. This arrangement allows for simple amp + DI recording or multi-amp setups with ease of operation. Whether on stage, in the studio or home, the Tuner+ is the world’s most fully featured tuner pedal.

Die 'Amplitude' Sektion des Pedals basiert auf dem klassischen 'White Face' Distortion Pedal, die Schaltung wurde jedoch um drei wählbare Clipping-Modi erweitert. Die erste Position (No Diode OpAmp Drive) bietet einen satten Drive bei maximalem Volume. Die zweite Position nutzt zwei Silizium-Dioden und eine LED in einer asymmetrischen Clipping-Konfiguration und erzeugt einen leicht komprimierten, smoothen Crunch, der an einen übersteuerten Verstärker erinnert. Die dritte Position nutzt zwei Silizium-Dioden und erzeugt den klassischen 'White Face' Sound. Die Octave-Up Sektion arbeitet komplett analog und lässt sich über einen Regler oder ein optionales Expression Pedal stufenlos mit der Verzerrung mischen. Der monophone Effekt arbeitet am 'saubersten' mit einzelnen Noten oberhalb des 12. Bundes, die über den Neck Pickup gespielt werden. Akkorde erzeugen einen chaotischen, 'scheppernden' Sound. Dreht man den Octave-Regler voll auf erzeugt das Sunn O))) Life Pedal V2 einen dreckigen, wütenden Fuzz-Sound, der an das Super Fuzz erinnert. Die 'Magnitude' Sektion ist ein MOSFET Booster, der Röhrenverstärker in die Sättigung treibt. Der Booster arbeitet komplett clean und fügt dem Signal selbst keine Verzerrung hinzu, bietet dafür aber ein extrem hohes Output Level um das Front End des Amps zu pushen. Der Signalweg geht Octave > Distortion > Boost, dabei lassen sich beide Sektionen unabhängig voneinander nutzen.

The EarthQuaker Devices Sunn O))) Life Pedal V3 offers distortion, boost and an adjustable octave-up effect in a compact effects pedal. The 'Amplitude' section of the pedal is based on the classic 'White Face' distortion pedal, but the circuitry has been expanded to include three selectable clipping modes. The first position (No Diode OpAmp Drive) offers a rich drive at maximum volume. The monophonic effect works 'cleanest' with single notes above the 12th fret played through the neck pickup. Chords produce a chaotic, 'clanging' sound. Turning the Octave control all the way up, the Sunn O))) Life Pedal V2 produces a dirty, angry fuzz sound reminiscent of the Super Fuzz. The 'Magnitude' section is a MOSFET booster that drives tube amps into saturation. The booster works completely clean and adds no distortion to the signal itself, but offers an extremely high output level to push the front end of the amp. The signal path goes Octave > Distortion > Boost, and both sections can be used independently of each other.

CIOKS 4 Expander is the perfect companion to CIOKS DC7 in case you would like four additional outlets with four selectable voltages on each tap (9, 12, 15 and 18V DC) which can each deliver 660mA at 9V DC. Simply connect CIOKS 4 Expander to your CIOKS DC7 via the courtesy 24V outlet and you are good to go.

But that is definitely not all – what makes CIOKS 4 Expander truly unique is the fact that you can power it with anything from 9V to 24V DC or 9V to 12V AC via the non-polarized DC socket input. Furthermore CIOKS 4 can even be powered by connecting it to a USB powerbank via its 5V USB C input or by using a tablet or laptop power supply with a USB C plug. This flexibility means that you can use CIOKS 4 Expander as a stand-alone unit and power it with almost any adapter including the 1-SPOT or GigRig Generator. it is a 2 head machine. The drive mechanism has been updated with a noiseless belt drive. A tape lock/release mechanism is added, to make the pinch wheel and tape last longer and electronics has been tuned to perfection.

On more subtle settings the Phaseomatic tube phaser pedal creates a beautiful, natural sounding vibrato (frequency modulation) and shimmering phasing effects, utilising exactly the same one- and two-stage “Cathodyne” tube circuitry used to in those incredible vintage Magnatone® amps. However, the Phaseomatic’s all-tube circuitry has two additional Cathodyne phase inverters, which allow it to generate a much richer, deeper vibrato and even intense, deep “tunnel” phasing as well as a host of cosmic and spacious sound effects heard on many 1950′s “B” science fiction movie soundtracks.

Phaseomatic Vacuum Tube Phaser

The Delta-Trem™ authentically recreates the alluring, hypnotic tone and feel of vintage guitar amp tremolo in S-T-E-R-E-O! This is accomplished using vacuum tubes and an archaic, long forgotten electronic component known as a ‘Raysistor’, essentially a tiny filament lamp and photocell housed together in a small metal can. The combination of Raysistor and all-tube circuitry tube creates an exceptionally smooth, rich and musical tremolo effect that blends well with clean and overdriven guitar sounds. The true stereo signal path allows the Delta-Trem to operate as a mono tremolo with a single guitar amp or into two amps, where the sound ping-pongs between them creating a huge, 3-D, spacious tone.
