The SOVIET is the replica of the famous SOVTEK Bubble Font Green Russian Big Muff PI produced in 1995, extremely popular since then, especially by bassists.

La Big Muff Sovtek is known for its massive tone with lots of bass. The tone circuit lets through quite a bit of bass, and the coupling capacitors have a higher value than normal, producing that bold sound so characteristic!

With la SOVIET, we tried to remain as faithful as possible to the sound of the original’, with quality components, the same transistors as’ at the time and capacitors WIMA with a life cycle of 300,000 hours !
