Die Wirkung des Z-Reglers hängt von der Impedanz des Instruments ab, an das Sie ihn anschließen. Manchmal können Sie das Low End ziemlich stark anpassen, aber wenn Sie einen anderen gepufferten Effekt in Ihrer Kette haben, kann der Effekt subtiler sein.
Die Ausgangsimpedanz ist auf 2kΩ eingestellt.

One Control has used the classic BJF Buffer Circuit on several of their devices as a high-quality buffer that can be used for all guitars and basses and it has been used faithfully by many players.
There is no doubt that the BJF Buffer is a great buffer, but it was originally designed with an electric guitar in mind. The Minimal Series Silver Para Bass Buffer is a buffer specifically for electric bass guitar newly developed by BJF. For the bass, it is the "best" buffer that exceeds the "excellent" BJF Buffer so far and has been optimized for the low end.
The Silver Para Bass Buffer has a knob called “Z”. Z simply stands for impedance. This is to adjust the input impedance and can be adjusted to the base-specific impedance such as passive bass and active bass, as well as a control knob to fine-tune the low-end response. With the Z knob, the input impedance can be operated in the range of 50KΩ to 390KΩ.
The effect of the Z-knob depends on the impedance of the instrument you connect to. Sometimes you can adjust the low end quite a bit, but if you have another buffered effect in your chain, it may be more subtle.

At higher settings, the Purple Humper creates a vintage hollow body guitar tone. The frequency range of the Purple Humper is broad enough for any type of music that requires an extra boost and you can use the Purple Humper to change the sound of your clean transistor amp into a British flavored vintage sound. When used with distortion effects, you can create a real, shiny and smooth guitar sound while maintaining the original distortion tone. By adjusting the single Blend knob, you can change the hard transistor amp clean sound into a shiny British sound, change the Stratocaster bridge pickup into a sound like a hollow body neck pickup, or create an 80s metal lead tone, or add heavier distortion with a single coil. The design of the Blend control plays an important role in ensuring the pedals controllability. Blend control panoramizes input and boost signals through the buffer. The One Control Minimal Series Black Loop is a two-loop true bypass switcher with two DC barrel outlets. It can be used as an A+B switch, bypass loopers or tuner output / mute switch. The Black Loop has several functions and offers endless possibilities. The Black Loop is a great tool to bypass vintage effects or pedals without true bypass while they are not in use to get them out of the signal chain. In addition to being a true bypass looper, the Black Loop can be used as an AB Box. Simply connect one amp to the Output and the other amp to Send 2. Stepping on the Loop 2 switch will toggle between Send 2 and the Output. You can use the same feature as a tuner output / mute switch if you connect your tuner to one of the Send outputs.
