Since the late ’70s and until today, this little orange pedal offers a compressed, British stack style distortion with an easy control layout – Distortion, Tone and Level.

The BOSS DS-1 is not a subtle pedal but not brutal either, it retains its characteristics with most type of pickups and it is really a great pedal for beginners and pros alike.

Der JHS Pedals Bender gibt Gitarristen den Touch, das Feeling und das Ansprechverhalten eines Vintage Germanium Fuzz mit der Genauigkeit und Beständigkeit von sorgfältig ausgewählten, modernen Silizium-Transistoren. Die Regelmöglichkeiten sind mit Volume, Tone und Attack denkbar einfach. Volume kontrolliert das Output Level, Tone bietet einen schönen Sweep von hellen zu eher dunklen Sounds, damit der Bender ohne Probleme mit allen denkbaren Tonabnehmern und Verstärkern harmoniert. Dabei bleibt der Tone-Regler so flexibel, dass sich unzählige klangliche Möglichkeiten umsetzen lassen, von den die meisten Fuzz-Nutzer nur träumen können. The JHS Pedals Bender is an attempt to recreate one of the most popular Tonebenders of all time: The 1973 MK3 Silver/Orange 'Onomatopoeia' version. The JHS Pedals Bender is a pedal that gives you the touch, feel, and response of the vintage germanium fuzz but with accuracy and consistency of carefully chosen modern silicon transistors. The controls are Volume, Tone, and Attack. Volume sets the overall output level of the effect; turn it up and things get louder. Tone lets you sweep between bright and dark tones so that the Bender works well with a range of different amplifiers and guitars. Attack is the distortion control, the more you turn it clockwise, the more fuzz you create. On the side you will see a 'Mode' button that lets you access a never-before-heard 'JHS Mode'. Push that button for more gain and a mid frequency boost to send you leads soaring through the mix. With higher Attack settings in this mode, you will feel the fuzz slightly gate depending on your picking dynamics. If you want a fuzz that can go from middle of the road crunch distortion to full out aggression, the Bender is for you. Beim LEHLE DUAL EXPRESSION wird der Hall-Sensor auf den eingebauten Magneten und den Regelweg des Pedals exakt kalibriert, wobei das Pedal nur den Magneten bewegt, dessen Abstand vom Hall-Sensor gemessen wird.
Zwei digitale Potentiometer, die analoge Spannungen verarbeiten können, dienen zur präzisen und zuverlässigen Erzeugung der Expression-Werte.


Express yourself, twice! The LEHLE DUAL EXPRESSION is an active, wear-free expression pedal equipped with a precise magnetic sensor. Known from the LEHLE VOLUME pedals, this sensor uses the Hall effect, named after Edwin Hall, to measure the strength of magnetic fields. In the LEHLE DUAL EXPRESSION the Hall sensor is accurately calibrated to the built-in magnet and the control range of the pedal – where the pedal moves only the magnet, whose distance is measured by the Hall sensor. Two digital potentiometers, working with analogue voltages, are used for the precise and reliable generation of the expression data. This technology allows distinctly more accurate operation than is offered by conventional expression pedals with mechanical potentiometers. There is no mechanical wear, avoiding the need for maintenance or complicated adjustments. Both outputs can control nearly all common devices with expression inputs from 5k to 100k, regardless if TS, TRS or RTS – the polarity can be switched and stored using the soft-push buttons. Alternatively, the 10k output can be set to work as a latching or momentary switch, if the pedal is pushed in fully toe position. Then e.g. the channel of an amp can be changed or, connected to a switch-input of a digital device, any desired function can be controlled. Via the USB socket you can send MIDI data to a computer, in order to control midi compatible software. In use, the LEHLE DUAL EXPRESSION is extremely smooth and steady under foot, as it is equipped with low-friction bearings of a high-performance polymer. By means of an adjusting screw the mobility of the pedal can be modified with great precision. Compared to the LEHLE MONO VOLUME we were able to reduce the weight by 50% and the size by 35% – with the same rugged stability. It’s even 2 cm flatter, however the pedal range stays the same - just as comfortable and responsive as the larger models. Light, small, and twice the precise expression: LEHLE DUAL EXPRESSION.

Keeley updated the build with modern construction techniques to make this Katana the most dependable Clean Boost on the market, including an updated aluminum control knob, designed for on-the-fly foot adjustment.
WANT A MIRROR IMAGE OF YOUR TONE, ONLY LOUDER? Roll the volume knob forward with your foot and you’ll be good to go! NEED EVEN MORE? The Katana Boost is also a fat, harmonically rich boost, just pull out on the volume knob and push the limits with overdriven tone! The Katana circuit is Robert Keeley’s first guitar effect design for Keeley Electronics. It was originally designed as part of the Time Machine Boost, but then became an independent product under the Keeley name after the release of the original Keeley Compressor.
