Description
The Mythos Pedals Argonaut V2 is a compact, no-frills octave-up utility effect pedal housed in a micro-sized enclosure. The circuit utilizes a pair of hand-matched new-old-stock germanium diodes to generate a clean-ish, highly touch-responsive octave up tracking across the entire guitar neck. Operating without any external knobs or potentiometers, the unit delivers a gnarly, ring modulator-esque effect when engaged on its own. It is intentionally voiced to perform best when stacked directly with external overdrive or fuzz pedals to unlock classic, vintage-style analog octave lead tones.
