With the RockBoard® MODs, you can permanently connect your pedals underneath your board and organize all connections to and from your effects setup in one convenient module. The RockBoard® MODs provide a central access point from your instrument to your amp, as well as your power supply via IEC, and a 2.1 x 5.5 barrel thru power connector. The RockBoard® MOD 2 V2 is a pass-thru box especially designed for MIDI-controlled amplifiers and devices, USB connections to a computer, or a sound card. Das EarthQuaker Devices Afterneath V3 klingt ein wenig so, wie es aussieht: Wie ein Sound-Zauberer, der eine riesige Höhle betritt und sich in die Ambient-Reverb-Schlacht wirft. Das Pedal bietet ein extrem breites Spektrum an unterschiedlichen, riesigen, ausladenden und magischen Ambient-Reverbs und deckt von wilden, verschlungenen Hall-Effekten über atmosphärische, kurze, digitale Delays bis zu Staccato-artigen, rhythmischen Wiederholungen mit bizarren Sounds alle denkbaren Effekte ab. Die Regelmöglichkeiten für Length (Länge des Nachhalls), Dampen (Tone), Reflect (Depth, Regeneration) und Mix (Wet/Dry-Mix) sind bekannte Parameter bei Reverb-Pedalen und arbeiten sehr intuitiv. Der Diffuse-Regler kontrolliert die Streuung des Nachhalls und ermöglicht je nach Setting aggressivere Sounds, bei denen das Einsetzen der einzelnen Wiederholungen deutlicher hörbar oder weicher und verwaschener wird. Der Drag-Regler trennt die digitalen Delay-Gruppen voneinander. So rücken den Repeats je nach Setting näher aneinander (Hall-ähnlicher Effekt) oder werden auseinander gezogen, sodass statt eines Halls verstreute Ping-Pong-Effekte zu hören sind.

The EarthQuaker Devices Afterneath V3 sounds a lot like it looks: a sound wizard bursting forth from ethereal cave and ready for the ambient reverb battle. The pedal offers an extremely wide range of different, vast, expansive, and magical ambient reverbs and covers all possible effects from wild and cavernous reverb effects to atmospheric reverberations of short digital delays to scattered, rhythmic delays with bizarre characteristics. The controls for Length (decay length of the reverb), Dampen (tone), Reflect (depth, regeneration) and Mix (wet/dry mix) are well-known parameters for reverb pedals and work very intuitively. The Diffuse knob adjusts the spread of the reverb, turned counterclockwise, the reverb is sharper with more attack, resulting in a stuttering sputter of individual early reflections. Clockwise casts a washy, more ambient-sounding effect. Drag separates the individual digital delay lines, clockwise positions will gather the delay lines close together for a more reverb-like effect. Turn the Drag counterclockwise, and the delay lines will begin to pull apart for a scattered ping-pong delay effect.

The Low Pass Filter pedal can be used for taming harsh high end such as fret buzz, string noise, and artifacts from other effects such as distortion pedals. It is also useful for simulating the high frequency roll-off of speaker cabinets. At it's most extreme setting, the Low Pass Filter can turn a bass guitar signal into a low end dub tone.
The low pass filter is a 12 dB per octave high frequency filter. The knob controls the cutoff frequency and ranges continuously from 15 kHz to 220 Hz.

Die JHS Colour Box V2 ist ein Preamp / DI-Box nach dem Vorbild legendärer Neve Studio-Konsolen. Das Pedal wurde entwickelt um den authentischen Sound eines Instruments (oder Mikrofons) am Direct-In der Mischpulte zu reproduzieren, dabei bietet die Colour Box V2 alle Features der beliebten V1-Version und kommt zusätzlich mit einer Vielzahl an Verbesserungen und neuen Features, die das Pedal zu einem perfekten Allrounder und Always-On Pedal für alle denkbaren Instrumente und sogar für Sänger machen. Zu den neuen Features zählen eine erweiterte EQ-Sektion, ein Hi/Lo Schalter für massiven, cleanen Headroom und die Möglichkeit 48V Phantom-Power an Kondensator-Mikrofone weiterzugeben. Die Gain-Sektion (Rot) bietet Regelmöglichkeiten Master, Pre-Vol und Step. Master kontrolliert das Gesamt-Volume des Pedals, Pre-Vol arbeitet als Gain-Regler zwischen den beiden internen Gain Stages und bietet bei Bedarf eine Verzerrung, die von leichten Break-Up-Sounds bis zu Fuzz reicht. Der Step-Regler verändert das Gain der Preamp Stages in fünf Schritten. Der Hi/Lo Schalter verändert den cleanen Headroom des Pedals, der -20 dB Pad Schalter passt den Input bei Bedarf an Mikrofone mit einem hohen Ausgangspegel an. Die EQ-Sektion (Blau) wurden neben den bekannten Regler für Treble, Middle und Bass (+/- 17 dB Cut / Boost in jedem Band) um drei Shift-Regler erweitert, die den Frequenzbereich der einzelnen Regler anpassen. Die Hi-Pass-Sektion wird über den Kippschalter aktiviert. Um das Pedal so flexibel wie möglich zu halten steht ein kombinierter XLR/TRS Input zur Verfügung.

The JHS Colour Box V2 has all the same functionality of the popular V1 version with many new and improved additions like expanded EQ controls, a Hi/Lo switch for massive clean headroom, and the ability to pass phantom power to your condenser mics. The Gain section in red has three controls: Master, Pre-Vol, and Step. The Master volume controls the overall volume of the unit. The Pre-Vol controls the amount of gain between the two internal gain stages. This acts as a "drive" or "gain" control, adding more grit, distortion, and even fuzz as you increase the gain. The Step control increases the gain of each preamp stage in five stages. Rotating the Step knob from left-to-right will increase the gain by the following: 1st is +18 dB, 2nd is +23 dB, 3rd is +28 dB, 4th is +33 dB, 5th is +39 dB. The JHS Colour Box V2 has a new Hi/Lo switch to control the amount of clean headroom you have available. In the Lo mode, you will easily be able to get ultra clean sounds without breakup. Lo Mode is excellent for tone shaping when distortion is not needed. In the Hi mode, the Colour Box V2 will distort much more readily, giving you a broad spectrum of overdrive, distortion, and fuzz sounds. In addition to the Hi / Lo gain switch, there is a -20 dB pad switch on the right side of the Colour Box V2. This function only works when in XLR input mode and can help tame the volume for high output microphones. The EQ section in blue has three new Shift controls correlating to its standard Treble, Middle and Bass controls. The Shift knobs adjust the range of frequencies that the Treble, Middle, and Bass knobs control. The center frequencies for the Shift knobs are Treble 10kHz, Middle 1kHz, and Bass 120Hz, while the Treble, Middle, and Bass knobs boost or cut with +/- 17 dB of control. If you want to boost high-mid frequencies, turn the Mid Shift knob to 3 o'clock or above and increase the Middle knob above 12 o'clock. If you want to cut upper treble frequencies, turn the Treble Shift knob to 3 o'clock or above and set the Treble knob below 12 o'clock. The Shift knobs give you precision control over the EQ for anything you put through the Colour Box V2. The Hi-Pass section is enabled by the toggle switch below the Hi-Pass knob. Just flip it up to engage the Hi-Pass knob, which spans from 60Hz to 800Hz with a 6dB per octave slope. The Colour Box V2 has a combination XLR and 1/4" input jack to use either an instrument or microphone. Select your input with the input selector switch on the right side of the pedal labeled INST/XLR.
