The Lerxst Blah Blah

WAH
Description
This signature optical wah and filtering pedal is a collaboration between Morley and Alex Lifeson's gear brand, Lerxst. Built upon Morley’s iconic switchless optical circuit, the design activates automatically as soon as the spring-loaded treadle is moved. It incorporates two footswitchable circuit modes, pairing a classic vocal wah sweep with a specialized "Blah" filtering mode inspired by Lifeson's 2013 Rock and Roll Hall of Fame speech. The "Blah" circuit blends custom filters to achieve touch-sensitive, synth-like vocal effects modulated via an onboard pitch control knob. Housed in a cold-rolled steel enclosure, the internal layout includes a premium buffer circuit to safeguard signal integrity across complex pedalboards.Media
