Oft kopiert aber nie erreicht, rangiert das schwer zu findende, originale, Phase 90 bei den Sammlern alter Bodentreter ganz weit oben. Das Original - seit der Gründung der Firma Dunlop bis in die späten 70er Jahre erhältlich – definierte den klassischen Phase Shifter Sound und war in allen Musikstilen zu hören, egal ob Hard Rock, Jazz-Fusion oder Funk-Hits. Der nach dem Kultpedal der Firma designte Phaser kommt puritanisch mit einem Regler aus, über den der Phaser-Speed einstellbar ist. Eine rote LED über dem stabilen Fußschalter zeigt den Schaltstatus an. Das massive Spritzgußgehäuse verfügt über jeweils 1/4" Klinke In- und Out-Eingänge. Betrieben wird der Kulttreter mit einer 9V Batterie, die in einem leicht zugänglichen Batteriefach auf der Unterseite Platz findet. Es ist erhältlich in der ursprünglichen orangenen Farbe.

The MF-101 Lowpass Filter is a direct descendant of Moog modular synthesizers designed to work with any sound source.  This all analog instrument is perfect for thickening synths, funkifying bass guitars, distorting drum samples and smoothing out harsh sounds.  

Designed by Bob Moog, the MF-101 is comprised of two complete modular functions: A classic Moog Ladder filter section for sculpting and refining your own unique tone, and an envelope follower that allows the filter to be dynamically “played” via the dynamics of each sound. The harder you play, the more the sound is affected. To further expand on this classic modularity, the MF-101 contains multiple CV/Expression Pedal inputs and outputs. Ursprünglich basierte der NotRite auf der Silizium-Version des FuzzRite-Pedals. Vor einiger Zeit wurde ich gebeten, den Fuzz-Schaltkreis für eine bestimmte Person zu replizieren, deren Name ich aus Gründen der Diskretion nicht enthüllen kann (Nein, es war nicht John). Nach dem Zerlegen des Originals und einigen Irrtümern entwickelte ich einen Prototyp.
Der neue Schaltkreis hatte zufällig dieselbe Anzahl an Reglern wie der NotRite, also baute ich diesen Fuzz in das NotRite-Gehäuse ein und ließ einige Exemplare von besagter Person testen. Dann kam COVID und das Pedal gelangte nie an sein eigentliches Ziel. Es landete jedoch irgendwann im Jahr 2022 dort, wo ihr es wahrscheinlich kennt: auf Johns Board.
Als das geschah, stellte ich den Verkauf des NotRite sofort ein, da ich es nicht richtig fand, ein Pedal an eine treue Fangemeinde zu verkaufen, das nicht das echte Pedal war. Daher war es überall ausverkauft. Heute – ja, es waren wirklich ein paar Jahre – habe ich die Freigabe erhalten, eine Serie des Pedals zu fertigen, das Johns Board ziert. Nein, es ist kein FuzzRite und auch kein Germanium-FuzzRite.
Es ist ein glitchy gated Fuzz, der einfach riesig klingt, und ohne meinen Freund Henry hätte ich nie davon erfahren. Wenn man es aufdreht, klingt es wahnsinnig; wenn es ein Drive-Pedal oder einen Amp ansteuert, klingt es ebenfalls irre – aber sobald der Spieler aufhört zu spielen, schaltet es sich stumm (Berühre in diesem Moment nicht deine Saiten!). Der Level-Regler ist einfach nur ein Lautstärkeregler.
Der Depth-Regler ist eigentlich ein Intensitätsregler, aber Depth passt ja auch, oder? Das Pedal wird mit einem Standard-9-V-DC-Center-Negative-Netzteil oder einer hochwertigen 9-V-Batterie betrieben. Glitchy, velcro-artig, gated – nennt es, wie ihr wollt, ich nenne es einfach großartig. Vorbestellungen sind jetzt möglich und wir versenden weltweit. Bei Fragen erreicht ihr mich per E-Mail. So originally the NotRight was based on the Silicon version of the FuzzRite pedal. So.... Quite some time ago I was approached with the idea of replicating a certain fuzz circuit for a certain someone, who shall remain nameless at this time (No it wasn't John). After disassembling the original and of course a few mistakes along the way I came up with a prototype.
The new circuit just so happened to have the same number of controls as the NotRite sooooo, I housed this fuzz in the NotRite enclosure and sent a few of them out to be tested by this certain someone. Well COVID happened and the pedal never really found its way to its intended destination. However it did find its way to another destination and I want to say sometime last year (2022) it ended up where you all likely know it from, John's board.
When this happened I immediately discontinued sales of the NotRite as I didn't feel right selling a pedal to a dedicated fan base that wasn't that actual pedal. Hence the reason it has been out of stock everywhere. That brings us to today, after what seems like a few years, wait it was a few years, I've received the go ahead to go ahead and produce a run of the actual pedal that is on John's board. No, it's not a FuzzRite and no it's not a Germanium Fuzzrite.
It's a glitchy gated fuzz that just sounds huge and if it wasn't for my friend Henry I would have never known about it. When it's pushed it sounds insane and when it pushes a drive or an amp it also sounds insane but the minute the player quits playing it gates out and is silent (Don't touch your strings though!). The level control is just that a level control.
The Depth knob is actually an intensity knob but hey depth also works right? The pedal is operated on a standard center negative 9vdc power supply or high quality 9vdc battery. Glitchy, velcroey, gated call it what you will but I choose to call it awesome. Pre-Orders are open now and yes we ship pretty much anywhere in the world. Das Boss DD-500, ein High End Delay des japanischen Effektgeräte-Herstellers, kann mit 12 Delay-Programmen, 32 Bit/96 kHz Signalverarbeitung, bis zu 297 Speicherplätzen und einem Looper aufwarten und ist mit dieser Ausstattung naturgemäß in einer etwas höheren Preisklasse angesiedelt. Allein diese Eckdaten sind einigermaßen imposant, aber die Marke Boss und der Mutterkonzern Roland haben bereits in der Vergangenheit – zum Beispiel mit dem DD-20, dem Space Echo oder dem Tera Echo – bewiesen, dass man durchaus auch in unterschiedlichen Preiskategorien in der Lage ist, uns Gitarristen mit amtlichen Delay-Sounds zu versorgen.

The Boss DD-500 is one of the few Boss pedals which are, because of their size, less pedalboard friendly. Therefor, it offers up to 10 seconds maximum delay time, tap tempo and tape emulation.
Other features of the stereo pedal that allows to choose a true bypass or a buffered processing, are modulation, expression pedal and midi input.
Furthermore, you can lead different delays (modulation models) on several channels and run the pedal serial as well as parallel.
All things considered, the 9V pedal with integrated looper provides an extremely extensive menu including tone shaping options.
Nevertheless, the Boss DD-500 which is still produced today is not really legendary and its sound is quite sterile. This is why this digital delay is a 3 of 10 on my cult factor scale.

Das MF Drive ist ein dynamisches und hochreaktives, filterbasiertes Overdrive-Pedal, das einen Moog Ladder Filter, Boutique-FET-Verstärker und klassische OTAs in seiner Drive-Sektion einsetzt. Die bipolare Klangregelung und das sweepbare Filter arbeiten mit dem Gain zusammen, um neue und völlig individuelle Sounds zu formen, die von cremigem britischen Overdrive bis zu aufgedrehten amerikanischen Röhrenverstärkern und sogar Fuzz reichen. 

Schließe ein Expression-Pedal für Live-Filter-Sweeps an oder drehe den Peak-Schalter nach oben, um den MF Drive in ein dreckiges Fuzz-Wah zu verwandeln, das sich durch einen Mix reißt. 

The MF Drive is a dynamic and highly reactive, filter-based overdrive pedal that employs a Moog Ladder Filter, boutique FET amplifiers, and classic OTAs in its drive section. Its bi-polar tone control and sweep-able filter work in concert with with gain to shape new and completely customized sounds that range from creamy British overdrive to cranked American tube amplifier and even fuzz. 

Plug in an expression pedal for live filters sweeps, or flip the Peak switch up to convert the MF Drive into a dirty, fuzz wah that tears through a mix.

Minifooger MF Drive
