The Peacock Dual Drive is a dynamic overdrive pedal designed to capture classic Southern rock guitar tones inspired by the Allman Brothers and other early 70s rock legends. It uses Missing Link’s original Peacock circuit with an added gain boost stage that can be engaged for solos or left on for continuous drive. The pedal’s touch sensitivity responds to pick attack and guitar volume knob changes for expressive performance. Voice and gain controls allow the player to dial in anything from vintage crunchy tones to fuller saturated sounds that emulate a cranked tube amp.
