Description
Designed as a compact dual-output isolation utility, this device eradicates unwanted ground hum when splitting signals across multi-amplifier setups. High-impedance guitar or line-level signals enter via a discrete JFET input stage designed to preserve frequency response. The first output provides an active unity-gain buffer suitable for driving long cable runs without top-end signal degradation. An integrated transformer-isolated second output features a floating earth connection to break galvanic ground paths completely. Internal voltage doubling supplies enhanced circuit headroom to prevent clipping during aggressive transients. The enclosure provides shielded protection to prevent electromagnetic hum picked up from nearby amplifier power transformers.Media
