Description
This envelope-controlled overdrive pedal features a unique optical circuit that places its clipping element under direct dynamic control. Playing intensity dictates the amount of grit, mimicking the highly interactive response and sag of an old tube amplifier pushed to its limits. Dual voicing configurations are toggled using an OD/"i" switch, while a 12w/22w toggle selects different clipping styles and compression characteristics. Pre-clipping subtractive bass and post-clipping subtractive treble controls allow deep tone shaping without muddying the fundamental sound. An integrated LED eye on the enclosure face blinks in alignment with the signal intensity to provide immediate visual feedback.Media
