The simple four control layout shapes and meters just the right amount of fat, liquid gain produced by the 4 triodes that do the dirty work, snug in your stage-proof bunker, and sure of a street-foot output.

And to ensure the purity of the host amp when it's not lighting things up with the V-1, we use a relay to bypass the guitar through two taps. This means there's no sacrifice of its original tone ... unlike many overdrive devices that compromise tone even when they are turned off.

So whether you're updating the past or broadening your horizons, the super-sensitive, thick and lush gain V-1 will turn any amp into a precise instrument of expression.
