The Malin D-Type Preamp Pedal is a fully hand-wired, point-to-point D-style tube preamp in compact pedal form. It reproduces the full sonic palette of a Dumble-style amp by running genuine amp plate voltages (over 200 VDC) with two 12AX7 tubes. Equipped with foot-switchable Clean and Overdrive modes, plus full tone stack (Treble, Mid, Bass), Mid-Boost, Jazz/Rock voicing, and Bright switch. True bypass switching ensures signal transparency when disengaged. It operates from standard mains power (120 VAC/60 Hz); no external DC supply required.
