The improved RockBoard® MODs V2 are simple all-in-one patchbays for RockBoard pedalboards with a new, refreshed design, and compact housing. Utilizing the MOD slot on all new RockBoards® (except the DUO series), they provide various cable connections to fit a wide variety of needs as a convenient patchbay. The RockBoard® MODs provide a central access point from your instrument to your amp, as well as your power supply via IEC, and a 2.1 x 5.5 barrel thru power connector. The RockBoard® MOD 3 V2 is a pass-thru box designed for use by vocalists and acoustic players. Der amerikanische Effektpedal-Hersteller Xotic ist bekannt für seine gut klingenden Overdrive-Pedale. Auf der NAMM 2019 in Anaheim zeigte er zwei interessante Neuheiten, die das Portfolio zukünftig ergänzen werden: den Xotic Super Sweet Booster und den Xotic Super Clean Buffer.

The Xotic Super Clean buffer landed on my board in an attempt to fight a major tone loss issue caused by my GigRig QuarterMaster loop switcher (check out my QuarterMaster review to learn more). Since I discovered that tone issue with the switcher, I started looking for possible simple cures that can bring sanity back to my board. I was really trying to avoid getting into replacing my QuarterMaster, simply because I had a really tough year, full of gear issues, technicians and technical support and I just got tired of it. I ended up getting an Xotic Super Clean and I'm very happy with it so far. My clean tone has never been so good through any pedal board before, with or without the switcher.

MINI KATANA CLEAN BOOST!  Keeley’s oldest design made smaller and with an additional feature.  The Katana started back in 2002 within the Time Machine Boost.  It was a dual class A JFET design that gave players and incredible boost and sounded so good they never turned off.  In fact they often ran two or three on stages like John Mayer!  The Mini Katana boost provides over 35dB of boost.  Enough for the most demanding players and sound reinforcement.The new Mini Katana is now a 4 Mode Booster!  With the dual micro switches you have a total of four sounds possible.  Need drive, just flip the micro Hi-Gain Switch inside and you’ve got overdriven tone!  Flip the Hi-Cut Switch (NEW for the Katana Mini!) on the inside and you have a warmer tone to soften any Strat or Tele.  Flip both switches and you have the ultimate sounding boost, thick, creamy, tube-amp sounding, and plenty of volume on tap!

The pedal is called Supreme because it simply excels in both tone and functionality. Supreme was born in collaboration with the world famous tone connoisseur Matt Schofield. Matt was looking after the best guitar overdrive tones possible and a specific functionality: two pedals in one, switching from one side to the other with just a single press on the switch.

The tones were set for a great all around boost to low gain drive on the A side used mostly on a neck pickup. The A side is heavily based on our famous Royal Blue Overdrive pedal. And for the B side a fat dynamic tone containing some ”power amp” response with a lot of headroom. The B side is a completely new design and is used mostly on a bridge pickup. This is the way Matt prefers to use the Supreme pedal.

Rich, fat, warm sound and well thought out functionality makes the Mad Professor Dual Blue Delay one of the most clever, intuitive, and easy to use delay pedals currently available.

The short delay has a maximum delay time of 315ms and a fatter tone well suited for slapback and old-school tape echo tones. Long delay reaches 810ms and has a modern delay voicing, great for lead and ambient tones.

Both delays have wide range Tone controls for dialing in the perfect setting. Switch between the two delay channels or combine both together for huge dual-delay sounds. Keeping the On/Off switch depressed for 1 second brings you an exciting rhythmic multi-head mode. A must-have for all instrumental rock and Pink Floyd fans.Tap Tempo function is also included for use on the Long delay channel.

Dual Blue Delay is a powerful and intuitive pedal for the progressive musician.
