Die JHS Pedals PackRat ist die ultimative Hommage an die über 40-jährige Entwicklung der Proco RAT und deren Einfluss auf den Klang der Gitarre. Künstler aller Genres haben die ikonischen Klänge in dieser bescheidenen Blackbox verwendet, um ihre Sounds zu kreieren, darunter Nirvana, John Scofield, Pink Floyd, Metallica, REM, die Eagles, Jeff Beck und Radiohead. Das JHS Pedals PackRat verwendet das gleiche einzigartige digitale Switching-System wie das Muffuletta und das Bonsai, um den Signalweg über 40 einzelne Schalter durch insgesamt 261 Komponenten zu lenken. In 1978, one of the most versatile and influential distortion pedals of all time was invented in Kalamazoo, MI. The JHS Pedals PackRat is the ultimate tribute to the 40+ years of rodent evolution of the Proco RAT and its impact on the guitar's sound. Artists from every genre have used the iconic tones in this unassuming black box to create their sounds, including Nirvana, John Scofield, Pink Floyd, Metallica, REM, the Eagles, Jeff Beck and Radiohead. The JHS Pedals PackRat uses the same unique digital runway system as the Muffuletta and the Bonsai to direct the paths of 261 components through 40 individual switches. This means that when you choose one of the nine legendary or rare modes (OG V1, White Face V3, Turbo V5, BRAT V6, Dirty V7, LA, Landgraff MO'D, Caroline, JHS Mode), you are playing fully analog circuits that perfectly replicate that mode, even down to the aging components (also known as component drift). The operation of the PackRat is about as simple as it gets.

Den Schaltkreis im MTG Tube Tremolo haben wir im Hause Fender selbst entwickelt. Das stabile Gehäuse besteht aus leichtem eloxierten Aluminium. Mit dem LED Amp Jewel kommt klassischer Fender Look ins Pedal Board. Dank der zuschaltbaren LED-Beleuchtung für die Regler lassen sich die Einstellungen auch auf einer dunklen Bühne gut ablesen.

The name Fender is synonymous with real tube tone. The MTG Tube Tremolo brings the hypnotic sound typically found in vintage amps and conveniently places it into a stomp box based around a genuine, U.S. made NOS 6205 preamp tube. The pedal features Level, Intensity, and Speed controls, three oscillator wave shapes, and a dedicated tap tempo foot switch which allows access to various note subdivisions.

Es geht nichts über die Wirkung eines guten Delays. Von subtil bis mächtig findest du es überall in der modernen Musik. Das Mirror Image Delay bringt diese atmosphärischen Effekte in deinen Sound, ob als einfaches Slapback oder üppige Soundscapes mit modulierten Repeats. Als Basis nutzt du Digital, Analog und Tape/Bandecho – jeweils mit zwei Varianten. Ein äußerst inspirierendes Pedal! Wenn du komplexe Beats erzeugen willst, kannst du sogar ein Pattern mit punktierten Achtelnoten dazuschalten, zum Beispiel für irisch angehauchten Stil. Wenn du das Pedal stummschaltest, klingt das Delay trotzdem sanft aus.

As a basis you use digital, analog and tape/band echo - each with two variants. A very inspiring pedal! If you want to create complex beats, you can even add a pattern with dotted eighth notes, for example, for Irish-influenced style. If you mute the pedal, the delay will still sound smooth.

Featuring a unique circuit design, the MXR FET Driver captures the rich, creamy sound of an overdriven tube amplifier by cascading an op-amp gain stage into a FET stage. The FET Driver thickens up lead tones with musical, amp-like distortion and sustain without the fragility and inconsistency associated with tubes.

The FET Driver features a simple but responsive set of controls. Set your volume level with the Output control, and then use the Drive control to dial in the grit, from subtle soft-clipping to early stage distortion. We borrowed his amps so that the MXR team could carefully analyze all the sonic qualities that make them sound so darn good.
