MXR knows phasers. The Phase 90's compact size, superior construction, and refined sound put MXR on the map, and it set the standard by which all other phasers are judged. Two years later, MXR released the Phase 45—a mellower version of the effect favored for its ability to easily blend into a band's mix. Now, you can get both iconic circuits in a single pedal while tightening up your pedalboard at the same time. The Phase 95 combines the Phase 45 and Phase 90 circuits in a mini housing with about half the footprint of a standard MXR pedal. The 45/90 switch toggles between the Phase 45 mode's subtle two-stage phasing and the Phase 90 mode's more pronounced four-stage phasing, while the Script switch toggles between two phasing styles. The Phase 95 is set to modern style phasing by default, which relies on feedback to create light harmonic distortion and gives the effect a more accentuated swoosh. Engaging the Script switch removes feedback for a lusher, more subdued sound with higher headroom and greater clarity. The familiar Speed control sets the rate of the effect. The Phase 95 may be small, but it's full of rich phase tones, and it'll take a beating on the road.

Das One Control Butter Yellow Auto Quack (BYAQ) ist ein Envelope Filter / Auto Wah, das auf die Dynamik im Signal reagiert. Das BYAQ wurde von Bjorn Juhl speziell an die Range von E-Gitarren und E-Bässen angepasst und kommt mit einer schmaleren Range als vergleichbare Pedale. Über den seitlichen Mellow/Bright Schalter lässt sich wahlweise eine flache, schmale oder eine hohe, breite Filter Range auswählen. Das Pedal erzeugt musikalische Wah-Sounds und reagiert präzise für schnelle Rhythmus-Sequenzen. Mit dem Bias-Regler lässt sich der Startpunkt des Filters festlegen, Sensitivity bestimmt das Level, ab dem gespielte Noten den Filter triggern und Decay bestimmt wann der Filter schließt.

The One Control Butter Yellow Auto Quack (BYAQ) is an envelope filter / auto wah that reacts to the dynamics in the signal. The BYAQ was specially adapted by Bjorn Juhl to the range of electric guitars and electric basses and comes with a narrower range than comparable pedals. The Mellow/Bright switch on the side can be used to select a flat, narrow or a high, wide filter range. The pedal generates musical wah sounds and reacts precisely for fast rhythm sequences. The starting point of the filter can be set with the Bias control, Sensitivity determines the level from which played notes trigger the filter and Decay determines when the filter closes.

CIOKS 4 Expander is the perfect companion to CIOKS DC7 in case you would like four additional outlets with four selectable voltages on each tap (9, 12, 15 and 18V DC) which can each deliver 660mA at 9V DC. Die wohl beste Geheimwaffe, von der du wahrscheinlich noch nicht wusstest, dass du sie brauchst! Gerade wir Pedal-Nerds laufen Gefahr unseren Sound mit endlosen Pedalketten in den Ruin zu treiben. Der Feind heißt Kapazität, ein Problem das bei zu langen Kabelwegen undn ich zuletzt schlechten Schaltungen auftritt und das Signal High End kostet und es schwach und charakterlos klingen lässt. Ein Trugschluss, der dies noch unterstützt is die Annahme dass True Bypass immer gut ist, denn ganz stimmt dies leider nicht. Der Little Black Buffer kommt genau hier ins Spiel und versorgt dein Rig mit genau der richtigen Eingangsimpedanz, damit du am Ende einen klaren, natürlichen Sound hast, der klingt als hättest du dich direkt in den Amp gestöpselt.

This may be the greatest weapon you didn’t know you needed. For those of us who are a little “pedal happy” there can be some downfall to our tone. When running a pedal board with more than one or two effects, something called “capacitance” happens. This natural problem happens due to the amount of cable or line that your signal has to travel through, not to mention bad switching systems in certain pedals. The result is a very audible amount of high-end loss, weak signal, flabby bass and uncharacteristic pickup behavior in guitars. Another problem is the assumption that all “true bypass” is good. This isn’t true and actually can be worse than imagined. This is where the “Little Black Buffer” steps in providing the perfect input impedance to your rig and giving you the final result of clear, natural tone that sounds like you're plugged straight into your amp.
