M-118 Analog Delay

DELAY
Description
The MXR M-118 Analog Delay is a vintage bucket-brigade device (BBD) effect that provides rich, warm echoes characteristic of late-1970s analog technology. It features a simple control layout for Delay, Mix, and Regen, allowing for a range of tones from tight slapback to oscillating ambient textures. Unlike modern pedals, it features an integrated AC power cord and a large, heavy-duty "AC Box" chassis. The circuit is celebrated for its natural high-end roll-off on repeats, which prevents the delayed signal from competing with the dry instrument tone. This unit is a predecessor to the later Carbon Copy series and is a staple of early analog delay history. What's missing here?
