The Germanium version is known for being warm and dynamic, while the Silicon version is more aggressive and has a slightly brighter tone. Both versions are praised for their dynamic response and ability to clean up well by rolling back the guitar's volume knob. It features controls for Fuzz and Volume, and some models include a bias control.
