MO-D

MO-D
BOOSTER
DISTORTION
Description
The Landgraff MO-D (Mo' Distortion) is a highly regarded boutique distortion pedal meticulously hand-built by the late John Landgraff. It is based on the classic ProCo RAT circuit, utilizing the legendary LM308 op-amp to deliver its signature harmonic richness and touch sensitivity. A key feature is its three-way toggle switch, which allows users to select between symmetrical clipping for smooth distortion, asymmetrical clipping for added bite, and a diode bypass mode for a clean boost. Each unit features a unique hand-swirled paint job and point-to-point wiring for maximum performance consistency. It is frequently described as a more refined and "boutique" version of the vintage RAT sound.
