Description

Designed as a high-gain preamp and overdrive, the LPD Pedals JMP 79 emulates the circuit topology and dynamic response of a 1979 Marshall JMP 2203 tube amplifier. The pedal features an authentic amp control section including Preamp, Master, Bass, Middle, Treble, and Presence knobs. It incorporates a 3-position Bright Cap selector switch to tailor the top-end bite and treble response. Soft-touch true bypass switching preserves the signal integrity when disengaged and saves the last power-state memory. Engineered to operate either into the front end of a clean amplifier or directly into an impulse response cabinet simulator.
