This setup splits a single bass into five independent signals, each dedicated to a specific frequency range and sonic purpose.

The concept is inspired by multiband bass processing, combining the flexibility of modern bass gear and plugin technology with an experimental approach to live sound design.

First Signal — Sub-Bass
Processed by Quad Cortex
50–100 Hz — A clean, heavily compressed signal focused on delivering a solid and consistent low-end foundation.

Second Signal — Bass / Midrange
Processed by Quad Cortex
100–1,500 Hz — Soft compression and subtle overdrive. This is where the core dynamics, articulation, and attack of the bass live.

Third Signal — High Mids / Treble
Processed by Quad Cortex
1,500–5,000 Hz — Heavy compression and high gain. This signal is responsible for the aggressive, brutal character of the sound.

Fourth & Fifth Signals — Textures
Processed by Enzo X, NANOCORES, Eventide H90, and Mercury X

Two stereo signals that can work simultaneously or independently, dedicated entirely to texture and experimentation.
Synths, unconventional amp and IR combinations, envelope filters, glitch processing, lo-fi effects, chorus, flanger, rotary effects, delays, and massive reverbs.

These signals are designed to create atmosphere, movement, depth, and a strong sense of space around the bass.
