Das Fulltone Clyde Wah-Wah Pedal entstand nach eingehender Analyse von Michaels Fullers 25 Stück umfassender Sammlung alter VOX-Pedale. Da ihm die alten VOX-Teile nicht genug Regelweg hatten, entwickelte er sein eigenes, seinen Vorstellungen entsprechendes Pedalgehäuse. Auf der handverdrahteten Platine des Clyde Deluxe findet man denn auch erlesene Bauteile wie z. B. Kohleschicht-Widerstände, NOS(New old Stock)Tropical Fish 0,22 Kondensatoren, GE (General Electric) 0,1 Kondensatoren sowie natürlich eine speziell nach Fulltone-Vorgaben gefertigte Spule. Durch die s. g. Resonance Control, ein Trimpoti auf der Platine, läßt sich die Bass-Wiedergabe nach persönlichem Geschmack regeln. Das ebenfalls speziell für Fulltone angefertigte Tone Poti verfügt über die gleiche Kennline, welche man bei den Icar Potis der 60er Jahre VOX-Ära findet.

The Fulltone Clyde wah-wah pedal was created after analysing Michael Fuller's collection of 25 old VOX pedals. Since the old VOX parts didn't have enough control travel, he developed his own pedal housing according to his ideas. The hand-wired circuit board of the Clyde Deluxe features exquisite components such as carbon film resistors, NOS (New Old Stock) Tropical Fish 0.22 capacitors, GE (General Electric) 0.1 capacitors and, of course, a coil specially manufactured according to Fulltone specifications. The so-called Resonance Control, a trimpot on the circuit board, allows the bass response to be adjusted to personal taste. The tone pot, also specially made for Fulltone, has the same characteristic curve as the Icar pots of the 60s VOX era.

The side Dip-Switch gives fast and easy access to the amazing new tonal options.  We have added a switchable  buffer to the miniFuzz. If you chose to engage the buffer you will be able to drive long cables and complex pedal setups with no loss of tone or change of tone when engaging  the miniFUZZ. We have added a four setting tone control for tweaking the texture of the fuzz. Leave it off for bright gritty tones or select one of the options for a smoother, silkier tone.  We still have controls for boosting the output or lifting the bass response. Most fuzz pedals can sound poor when using an external DC power-supply but the  miniFUZZ’s built in battery simulator makes sure all DC plug in power sounds as good and as quiet as a battery.

The Duellist features top mounted jacks, 9-18v DC, you can run it at 12 or 18v for more headroom. You can change the channel order A into B or B into A with a simple flick of the switch. Side mounted dip switch allows easy access to powerful tonal options. The new options include an amp-like setting, this gives you an open, tube-amp style tone. The SRV Mod adds attack and dynamics to the classic TS style tones, you’ll probably want to leave this option on once you’ve heard it.. With the Duellist you can also split channel A and B so you can use it with a pedalboard switcher. In ‘Split’ mode, using TRS cables the Duellist functions as two separate pedals with an in and out for each side, this allows you to place the two sides of the Duellist in “different places” on your pedalboard, e.g. you can put other pedals in-between the two sides.

Das UAFX Ruby ’63 ist das dritte Amp-Modeling-Pedal aus dem Hause Universal Audio und widmet sich der präzisen Nachbildung eines Vox AC30 aus der JMI-Ära der 1960er-Jahre. Drei Kanäle stehen zur Verfügung und natürlich auch eine Nachbildung des typischen Vibrato/Tremolo-Effekts. Dazu gibt es diverse Boost-Funktionen und auf der Lautsprecherseite stehen sechs verschiedene Cabs zur Auswahl.

I know that Universal Audio did a good job of capturing the spirit of an AC30 in the UAFX Ruby ’63 amp emulation, because excitement is the first thing I felt. The Ruby ’63 is lively, explosive, reactive, clear, and, yeah, even pretty chimey. And I was very impressed at how it imparted those qualities to decidedly non-Vox-y black-panel Fender amps, and vintage Fender cabinet emulations in UA’s OX Amp emulator. You know how a lot of pedals claiming to be an amp-in-a-box tend to be vaguely similar in terms of EQ and gain structure, but miss the details? The Ruby ’63 is not that. It’s an exhaustively executed emulation that takes you several miles further down the road to true amp-ness. And it sounds and feels awfully close to the real thing.

The pedal that inspired this circuit has been around for a long time in various forms but most versions of it have too much of a “Hi Fi” sound about them, they fail to get the right mix of clarity and bass that is needed to make this overdrive sing. Brian has added further gain capabilities to this circuit, and added a bass control that controls all the harmonics from smooth and creamy to tight and crunchy.

Die JHS Pedals Active A / B / Y ist die perfekte Lösung, wenn du ein Signal an zwei Ausgänge senden musst, und die Möglichkeit brauchst einen Ausgang (oder beide) im laufenden Betrieb zu schalten. Stecke einfach dein Instrumentenkabel (oder Patch-Kabel) in den Eingang und sende das Signal mit den Ausgängen an eine beliebige Kombination von Verstärkern, Schnittstellen, Mischkarten oder an einen anderen Ort, an den du dein Signal senden möchtst. Da die Active A/B/Y über einen Ausgangstransformator an einem der Ausgänge verfügt, ist kein Groundlift erforderlich. Der Transformatoreliminiert jedes  Brummen. Mit FET-Transistoren für völlig geräuschloses Schalten und der Möglichkeit, einen oder beide Ausgänge gleichzeitig zu verwenden, ist die JHS Active A/B/Y das eine Pedal, auf das du niemals verzichten wollen wirst!

The JHS Pedals Active A/B/Y is the perfect solution when you need to send one signal to two outputs with the ability to choose either output (or both) on the fly. Just plug in your instrument cable (or patch cable) into the input, then use the outputs to send signal to any combination of amplifiers, interfaces, mixing board, or anywhere else you want to send your signal. Because the Active A/B/Y has an output transformer on one of the outputs, there is no need for a ground lift as the transformer eliminates any hum. FET transistors for completely silent switching and the capability to use one or both outputs simultaneously, the JHS Pedals Active A/B/Y will be the one pedal that you can never leave home without!
