Mit drei TRS-Through-Verbindungen lässt sich das MOD 3 V2 außerdem als zentraler Zugang und Ausgang des Boards nutzen um zum Beispiel Effektpedale in den FX-Loop eines Verstärkers einzuschleifen.

The improved RockBoard® MODs V2 are simple all-in-one patchbays for RockBoard pedalboards with a new, refreshed design, and compact housing. Utilizing the MOD slot on all new RockBoards® (except the DUO series), they provide various cable connections to fit a wide variety of needs as a convenient patchbay. With the RockBoard® MODs, you can permanently connect your pedals underneath your board and organize all connections to and from your effects setup in one convenient module. The RockBoard® MODs provide a central access point from your instrument to your amp, as well as your power supply via IEC, and a 2.1 x 5.5 barrel thru power connector. The RockBoard® MOD 3 V2 is a pass-thru box designed for use by vocalists and acoustic players. The 2x XLR outputs allow you to send a stereo signal from your MOD and the 1x XLR input can be used to connect your microphone. Sync your modulation rate on-the-fly with the Source Audio Toolbox External Tap Tempo Switch. The Tap Tempo Switch is compatible with all Source Audio One Series modulation pedals. Use it to tap out the LFO speed of the Vertigo Tremolo, Lunar Phaser, Gemini Chorus, and Mercury Flanger. The Speed knob on each pedal sets the beat division to quarter, eighth, triplets, or 16th notes. 
South of 9 o’clock on the SPEED knob of Source Audio One Series Pedals will give you quarter note beat divisions, 9 to 12 o’clock gives you eighth notes, 12 to 3 gives you triplets, and 3 to 5 gives you 16th notes. 
The Tap Tempo Switch will also set the Delay Time or externally recall presets on the One Series Nemesis Delay. In addition, the Switch has a standard 1/4" output for use with compatible third-party products (normally open [NO], single pull/single throw (SPST)).

Das Digitech Freqout Natural Feedback Creator Effektpedal gehört zu den eher exotischen Vertretern im Pedalboard. Es widmet sich der Erzeugung von Rückkopplungen, die zwar zum Repertoire jedes gepflegten (Rock-) Gitarristen gehören, aber üblicherweise nur mit entsprechender Lautstärke und der Interaktion zwischen Amp, Box und Gitarre möglich sind. Mit dem E-Bow, der seit Mitte der 70er Jahre erhältlich ist, gibt es bereits ein Werkzeug, das die Saiten per Magnetfeld beliebig lang in Schwingung versetzt, indem es über die gewünschte Saite gehalten wird. Oder den Sustainer von Fernandes, ein Pickup, der ebenfalls die Saiten zum Schwingen bringt, wenn er per Schalter dazu aufgefordert wird. Und natürlich muss beim Umbau der Gitarre einer der vorhandenen Tonabnehmer dem Sustainer weichen.

Ein Jahr später, 1986, erschien die “Power Series”, bzw. die 10er Reihe, zu der der TS10 zählt, mit mehr Veränderungen in der Schaltung. Hier wurden sehr kostengünstige Komponenten verbaut, die Stecker sind nicht am Gehäuse, sondern auf der Platine verschraubt und das Chassis ist dünner. Gegen Ende der Produktion wurden einige TS10 in Taiwan gebaut und mit dem MC4558 Chip versehen. Die frühen Made in Japan TS10 sind mittlerweile trotz der erwähnten Abstriche sehr gefragt, nicht zuletzt, weil auch John Mayer mittlerweile dieses Pedal benutzt.

As with other Tube Screamers, the TS10 features the same three controls: Drive, Tone and Level. This model in particular is extremely responsive to the dynamics of your playing, making it a great pedal to crank up and then control via your guitar’s volume knob, for all the control over your overdrive you could want. Starting with the Tone and Drive around 9:00, it’s fun to try out different settings, both on the pedal itself, and playing with your guitar’s controls. The TS10 is also a joy to use with other pedals, especially a good boost, which can propel the overdriven sound to drive your amp beautifully, just beyond break-up, but still clean and clea

Das British Pedal Company Dumble Blackface Pedal wurde von den klassischen Sounds des Dumble Overdrive Special aus den späten 1980ern und 1990ern inspiriert. Zu den Besitzern des Dumble Blackface Verstärkers gehören Eric Clapton, Joe Bonamassa, Larry Carlton, Robben Ford und John Mayer.

The British Pedal Company Dumble Blackface pedal was inspired by the classic sounds of the Dumble Overdrive Special from the late 1980s and 1990s. The pedal has four controls for Gain, Dynamic, Tone and Volume and a Boost switch. To offer more headroom, the pedal can be operated with 9 volts as well as with 18 volts. Owners of the Dumble Blackface amp include Eric Clapton, Joe Bonamassa, Larry Carlton, Robben Ford and John Mayer.

The Vemuram Jan Ray is a boutique analog overdrive pedal designed to reproduce the punchy, clear tones of 1960s Blackface Fender amps, often described as the “Fender Magic 6” sound. It delivers natural overdrive with great sustain and minimal compression, preserving the guitar’s character while enhancing dynamic response. The pedal features simple, intuitive controls including Volume, Gain, Bass, Treble and a Saturation trimmer, along with true bypass switching for unaltered tone when off. The Protein is based around modified versions of two well-respected drive pedal circuits: the ‘Blue’ side is based on a 1990’s Marshall Bluesbreaker but has a tweaked tone control and extra output, while the ‘Green’ side takes its cue from that Nashville session favourite the Nobels ODR-1.

Same design as the original EHX Q-Tron but with extremely useful Effects Loop and an Attack Response Switch. The Effects Loop gives the musician the ability to place an additional effect, or chain of effects between the EHX Q-Tron Plus’s preamp and filter section without changing the envelope drive. This is particularly important with most distortion devices, as most all do not have much of an amplitude envelope. The FX loop will also fire up your creative juices to try all sorts of combinations in the effects loop: try the Micro POG into a Deluxe Memory Man. You can invent all sorts of novel effects. The added Response Switch selects between a slow, smooth, vowel-like attack and the fast, snaked response of the original Q-Tron.
