Description
The Jad Freer Audio LUCE is a compact, pedalboard-friendly transformer-based tube DI (Direct Injection) box that functions as a unity-gain (1:1) tube preamplifier and active summing unit. It uses a high-quality ECC88/6922 vacuum tube and an OEP/Carnhill audio transformer to provide low-noise balanced outputs, a warm and articulate tube character, and the ability to sum two instruments via a switchable second input. The LUCE also offers both a tube-driven output and a transformer-coupled balanced DI output, with inputs designed for long cable runs and minimal interference.Media
