The Singing Geisha pedal contains a synth chip that incorporates “wacked-out sci-fi madness,” allowing for a wide range of sounds, from subtle to extreme. The “Sing” feature can produce siren-like effects reminiscent of some 1970s-era pedals.

It's a dual circuit, hi-gain pedal that can produce an incredible array of supersaturated tones. The first section is modeled on the classic '70s metal distortion delivered by modified Marshall Major amps and is controlled by the Level and Fuzz knobs. The second section is an extended ultrahigh-gain modern distortion with adjustable low end (Wings), mid boost (Fangs), and treble bite (Radar). This section shares the Level and Fuzz knobs with section #1 and the 2 can be mixed and morphed together via the Mix knob to create a stunning variety of brutal tones from past to future metal and everything in between.

The 70/80 setting mixes the natural overdrive sound of a tube amp (70) with that of a classic overdrive pedal (80), not a gain setting but an adjustment of the grain depending on how the transistors react.
