Um das Erlebnis noch weiter zu verbessern, wurden Echtzeit-Tap-Tempo- und Beschleunigungsfunktionen hinzugefügt und können über den Soft-Touch-Fußschalter aufgerufen werden. Die Mod Factory MKII hat zusätzlich eine Option für serielles / paralleles Routing erhalten. Dies liefert effektiv zwei sehr unterschiedliche Klänge zu jedem Modulationstyp.

The Mod Factory MKII contains 11 algorithms straight out of our award-winning Mod Factory PRO. All the usual suspects are there such as Chorus, Flange, Trem and Phase but it also sports a cool new low-bit effect and ring modulator that have proven very popular with the PRO version. Following feedback from end users, the signal to noise ratio has been greatly improved over the original and your guitar tone will remain full and present when you turn the pedal on. To enhance the experience even further, real-time tap tempo and acceleration functions have been added and can be accessed via the soft touch, momentary footswitch. Mod Factory MKII also has an option for series/parallel. The series/parallel switch toggles between serial and parallel internal signal chain routing. This effectively provides 2 very different sounds from each modulation type.

Das Tape Delay wurde in den späten 40er Jahren erfunden, als Les Paul zwei Ampex Model 200A Spulentonbandgeräte zusammenschaltete. Wenig später, im Jahr 1953, erfand Ray Butts den Echosonic, das erste echte Tape-Delay-Gerät. Diesem folgten 1961 das Echoplex EP-1 von Mike Battle und 1974 das Space Echo von Roland. Das JHS Pedals 3 Series Tape Delay ist ein vereinfachter und originalgetreuer Rückgriff auf diese klassischen Geräte. Mit dem Mix-Regler können Sie einstellen, wie viel Clean-Signal mit dem Wet-Signal (Delay) gemischt wird (beim Originalgerät hieß das Echo Volume). Tape Speed simuliert die Beschleunigung und Verlangsamung des Bandmotors des RE-201 und bestimmt, wie kurz oder lang der Verzögerungseffekt ist. Mit dem Repeats-Regler können Sie zwischen einer einzelnen Wiederholung und mehreren Wiederholungen wählen, was daran erinnert, dass ein Sound jedes Mal mit einem Verlust an Klangtreue auf eine Bandschleife geschrieben wird. Wenn der Flutter-Regler eingeschaltet ist (obere Position), wird die Abnutzung der mechanischen Teile einer Bandmaschine nachgeahmt, die mit der Zeit auftritt. Dies verursacht leichte Modulationen, Warble und Flattergeräusche im Echoweg des Delays, die sich viele Spieler wünschen.

Tape delay was invented in the late 40s when Les Paul strung two Ampex Model 200A reel-to-reel tape recorders together. A little later, in 1953, Ray Butts invented the Echosonic, the first actual tape delay unit. This would be followed up by the Echoplex EP-1 in 1961 from Mike Battle and the Space Echo from Roland in 1974. The JHS Pedals 3 Series Tape Delay is a simplified and faithful throwback to these classic units. The Mix control lets you control how much clean signal is blended in with the wet (delayed) signal (on the original unit, this was called Echo Volume). Tape Speed acts as a simulation of the RE-201’s tape motor speeding up and slowing down and determines how short or long the delay effect is. The Repeats control goes from a single repeat to many, reminiscent of a sound being written onto the tape loop with loss of fidelity each time. Finally, when the Flutter toggle is turned on (up position), it replicates the wear & tear to the mechanical parts of a tape machine that happens over time. This causes mild modulation, warble, and flutter sounds in the echo path of the delay that so many players desire.

3 Series Tape Delay

The rotary effect was one of the earliest modulation effects to hit the music scene. The JHS Pedals 3 Series Rotary Chorus brings you this classic, spinning chorus tone in an affordable, easy-to-use pedal format! 
Intensity determines the modulation depth. Speed lets you control how fast the simulated speaker “spins.” When you turn the Room toggle on (up position), it adds a roomy, reverb ambiance to the sound, much like the ambient “room microphone” sound that happens when recording a real Leslie.

Until now, Bass Fuzz could only create sweet sounds. There were very few fuzz pedals that could play a tight, driven bass line in an environment like my home where I couldn't make loud sounds. JHS Pedals' 4 Wheeler V2 is a pedal that can handle a variety of bass fuzz sounds, from 60's jam band sounds to modern electric fuzz sounds. A specially tuned Gate control, along with Volume, Tone, and Fuzz controls, puts the bass fuzz sound you want right at your fingertips. There's plenty of volume/headroom for any size stage, so you can drive your amp hard. The Tone and Fuzz controls are extremely flexible, allowing you to effectively use the full range of the knobs, and when combined with the Gate control, are perfect for playing synth-like sounds and riffs.
