Delivering the aggressive chainsaw distortion sound of the classic Boss HM-2 Heavy Metal circuit, the pedal captures the distinct Swedish death metal guitar timbre. The internal architecture features an all-analog signal path paired with an internal charge pump to boost headroom and dynamic response. Dedicated potentiometers include Volume, Distortion, Low, and High to control overall level and active frequency shaping. The circuit recreates the iconic mid-forward grind and raw saturation when the tone controls are maxed out. True-bypass switching maintains complete signal integrity when the effect is disengaged from the signal path.
