The Blower Box by IdiotBox Effects is a compact bass overdrive/distortion pedal inspired by Blacky's tone on Voivod’s Nothingface, built around a Rat-style circuit. It features four controls: Volume, Distortion, High, and Low for precise tone shaping. The circuit is designed to maintain clarity at any gain setting, from subtle grit to full-on fuzz, without sacrificing low-end integrity. It pairs well with any rig, from practice amps to full stacks, and works equally well on guitar and synths.
