The EHX Neo Holy Grail is an update to our wildly popular compact digital reverb, the Holy Grail. It contains three reverb algorithms: SPRING, HALL, and PLATE. All three algorithms were designed and tailored for the electric guitar, but they work equally well on most instruments and voices.

The SPRING algorithm is a re-creation of the classic spring reverbs that are found in many guitar amplifiers. The HALL algorithm simulates the reverberations heard in large spaces such as a concert hall or cathedral. The PLATE algorithm is an emulation of a metal plate reverb commonly found in high end recording studios during the 1960s and ‘70s. The PLATE reverb is a very smooth, tonally balanced sounding reverb that sounds great on many different instruments, especially vocals. True bypass switching ensures your tone won’t be affected when the pedal is bypassed.

Der Mojomojo ist ein Overdrive, der ein eigenes Konzept verfolgt. In erster Linie dafür erdacht, Röhrenamps noch das gesucht Quäntchen "Mehr" zu geben, überzeugt der Mojomojo mit einer ungewöhnlichen Klarheit bei gleichzeitig geringer Kompression. Das bedeutet, dass der Sound klar und dynamisch bleibt, auch wenn man den Verstärker ordentlich zum Schwitzen bringt.

MOJOMOJO is a very musical pedal, but it needs direction. It’ll be up to you to integrate it into your gear via the tone controls. Luckily, MOJOMOJO sounds great right off the bat and dialing in what you want, from added punch or body to added beef on your leads, is fun and easy.

Ein Jahr später, 1986, erschien die “Power Series”, bzw. die 10er Reihe, zu der der TS10 zählt, mit mehr Veränderungen in der Schaltung. Hier wurden sehr kostengünstige Komponenten verbaut, die Stecker sind nicht am Gehäuse, sondern auf der Platine verschraubt und das Chassis ist dünner. Gegen Ende der Produktion wurden einige TS10 in Taiwan gebaut und mit dem MC4558 Chip versehen. Die frühen Made in Japan TS10 sind mittlerweile trotz der erwähnten Abstriche sehr gefragt, nicht zuletzt, weil auch John Mayer mittlerweile dieses Pedal benutzt.

As with other Tube Screamers, the TS10 features the same three controls: Drive, Tone and Level. This model in particular is extremely responsive to the dynamics of your playing, making it a great pedal to crank up and then control via your guitar’s volume knob, for all the control over your overdrive you could want. Starting with the Tone and Drive around 9:00, it’s fun to try out different settings, both on the pedal itself, and playing with your guitar’s controls. Darüber hinaus sorgt die ±9V Stromversorgungstechnik für eine hohe Headroom. Damit eignet sich der parametrische Equalizer nicht nur für E-Gitarren, sondern auch für Signalquellen mit höherem Pegel wie E-Bässe und Keyboards.

The Pentatone Equalizer is a standalone version of the 5-band equalizer section in the Ibanez Pentatone Preamp. Adding a continuously variable Q control on each band, which allows for a wider variety of sound creation, enables even more detailed sound creation. Furthermore, the ±9V power supply circuitry provides a wide headroom. That makes the parametric equalizer suitable for not only electric guitars but also higher-level output signal equipment such as electric bass guitars and keyboards.
