The Hartman Analog Flanger is a guitar effects pedal recreating the classic 1970s sound of the original analog flangers. It uses an all-analog signal path and handcrafted circuitry based on the vintage SAD1024 design, giving warm, rich modulation rather than cold digital effects. It features controls for Speed, Depth, and Color, plus a Flange/Filter switch to select between standard flanger sweep and a static-filter mode where the sweep can be frozen at a fixed phase point. The pedal offers true-bypass switching, a durable metal housing, LED indicator, and can run on either a 9 V battery or external 9 V DC power supply. It promises vivid but transparent flange and static-filter effects, with modern components improving signal clarity and reducing noise common in older units.
